IN 2019 I ACQUIRED SUCH MEMBERSHIP WITH THE COMPANY WHICH FOR 3 YEARS I NEVER HAD ANY INCONVENIENCE UNTIL 2022 WHERE THE COMPANY REPORTED THE ACCOUNT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, WHERE I WAS NEVER INFORMED OR NOTIFIED IF I AUTHORIZED TO REPORT IN THE CREDIT BUREAUS SINCE IN 3 YEARS THEY NEVER REPORTED. AND THE CONTRACT WHERE I SIGN WITH THEM DOES NOT TALK ABOUT REPORTING TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES. I signed up in Feb 2021 with $2,570 down and have paid $270 monthly since then, 2 annual fees of $199, about $9,500 to date. After hearing their extensive pitch, considering all the "free" incentives that were promised it seemed like a good opportunity at the time. I can confidently say that I have never been so thoroughly swindled in my entire life. I feel that since then I have not received anything that was promised by this company. I have received phone calls telling me that I have won a "free" trip to *********, however whenever trying to schedule such a trip there are numerous fees that amount to more than what the trip would typically cost. Now the only calls I receive are for monthly payments. I have tried many times to use their websites to book vacations however when researching the vacation locations online I am always able to find better quality stays for less money. The "free" all inclusive vacations are in fact not free and in the fine print mentions that you will be charged a resort fee of between $100 to $200 per day that is mandatory to pay in order to use any of the resorts amenities. I frequently travelled to all-inclusive resorts previously and the inclusion of this at signing was the incentive that convinced me to sign up in the first place. All in all, I am shocked and saddened at how unfortunate this whole experience has been. I understand that I had the opportunity to say no at the outset, however the reason I am filing this complaint is because I 100% believe that there were several promises made to myself and others at the time of purchase that were not only embellishments of the services they provide, but outright lies. Although I feel that I have virtually nothing to show for the nearly ten thousand dollars and counting that I have paid them over the past two years, I only seek to terminate my contract to be released from this h*** I'm in as a result of their misleading and fraudulent sales practices. My girlfriend and I traveled to Miami on September 21, 2022. On a tour of celebrity mansions we were informed that we won a cruise on the condition of going to an orientation and paying a deposit of 50.00 dollars. It turns out that it was not only two hours as promised, we were more than 5 hours. The product did not sound bad, we told our counselor that we were interested in the program if it included Puerto Rico, to which she told us yes at all times. We decided to take the membership. Then when looking for our first vacation we realized that Puerto Rico is not in the options so for us this is totally a fraud. We are paying a monthly fee of 260.00 dollars for something that we can even use in our country.

This company Holidays Network Group in doing extensive research has proclaimed it to be a scam. I paid a $40 refundable fee and couldn't make it. The sales rep informed us that they would give us the money back, the initial deposit was just a placeholder. Please refund the $40 back, the receipt is attached.Business Response

Hi BBB, On Thursday 12/22/22, I attended a presentation in Sunny Isles, FL at the Newport Beachside Resort. I was told it was a 2 hour presentation with no obligation to purchase anything and in return would receive heat tickets, a dinner voucher and a trip. The presentation took almost 4 hours, even after I told them that I had to leave to feed my daughter that was playing in the beaches, they kept the presentation going. After being exhausted , I ended up buying the "membership", which took forever, at this point I just wanted to leave. I called on Friday 12/23/22 (the next day) to cancel my membership, they transferred me so many times to different "representatives" and no one gave me an explanation. I called again on Monday 12/26/22 and there was no answer. I called again today, 12/28/2022, spoke to Romina and then to a male, they both said that my representative Petroni D*** will call me today before 3pm, no one called me. I called and there was no answer again. I will call tomorrow again. Will keep this review till my membership is cancelled. They told me that it would t reflect on my credit but it's another lie. The last was 3/2/2023 where in emailed Katheryn a screenshot showing her that Monterrey Financial Services (company Holidays Lounge works with) still appears in my credit report and that has been affecting my score. Another screenshot was emailed to Petroni in February and yet this has not been resolved. It’s Benan 3 months and I still have this debit on my report.

Hello BBB, I don' t want to sound like I'm repeating what everyone else is saying but, here is our story. Back in June 2022, my girlfriend and I signed up for the Holidays Lounge program. During the timeshare presentation, we were told that we would be offered luxury resort vacations at a discounted rate which were not found anywhere else. Since day one, we tried to use the program but found nothing of what we were promised (neither good locations or the luxury stays they promised). Their website always has issues, and the prices are nowhere near what they said during the presentation. This is a complete SCAM. They are taking advantage of people and are playing with people's future. Over 20 families signed up for the program the day we did and it's not what we were promised, it doesn't provide the value they claim and it's nothing more than a cheap timeshare - although they refuse to accept that is what the program is. We haven't used their services since we joined (and it's been over 6 months), we even haven't used any of the free gifts of free vouchers they gave us. So, we're asking for a full refund of our deposit (roughly $7.5K) and the monthly payments we've made thus far. Please let me know if we can provide any additional information. We attended a talk in exchange for a free stay at a hotel in ******. However, the stay is not free. They clarified that the Taxes had to be paid, but they never talked about an activation fee. They promised an all-inclusive hotel, however, it is a lie. You have to pay for food and drinks. To go to an all-inclusive hotel, you have to pay an extra fee. I feel cheated. My family was on vacation in Miami on a boat tour when we were presented with a raffle drawing for a vacation. I, unfortunately, won this raffle and was offered flights to and from destinations within the US along with a 3 day and 2 night hotel stay completely free of charge as long as I attended a 2 hour presentation from the company sponsoring. Wish I would have never went. When we came, we were given a presentation about this company supposedly affiliated with Carnival Cruise Lines, giving them some creditability. Franco, the guy who gave us the presentation, was well trained and told us how for a fixed amount of money, roughly 16,000 we could buy a lifetime membership into their condo and resorts program and get huge discounts off amazing looking stays that would otherwise costs thousands a night for pennies on the dollar. For example, you could supposedly book a 7 day stay for just 469 for the whole week. Do the math and it's roughly 67 dollars a night instead of the going rates of say 1200 a night. Well I should have listened when they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. My wife and I bought their whole sales pitch thinking that honest hard working people were trying to save us money. Franco and Tyler K**** the big wig at Holiday Lounge, signed us up and I paid roughly 16,000 for this lifetime membership that I could supposedly pass down to my kids and generations to come. Signed the contract on December 9th, 2022, came back to my hotel and looked up the company. Found all these terrible reviews on the BBB. How you can never actually book anything and when you can, the places are actually hostels instead of 5 star resorts and condos. I immediately looked through my contract and they only gave us 3 business days to ask for a cancellation. Not only that you have to hand them or mail them a written notice of cancellation within that time frame and give back all the materials they gave you. I read the contract fine print and was able to cancel within 3 business days. They will make you go in person to hand them all the materials when you signed back or you will have to mail it all to them and have it postmarked within 3 business days after signing contract. We were completely mislead into buying a membership with this company. After attending a 2-hour presentation and what felt like being harassed until saying yes because we weren't allowed to leave, we finally budged and said yes just to be able to leave. We were misinformed and promised flexibility with dates and destinations and that is not the case. We discussed specific destinations at 4-5 star hotels however, the destinations or even dates we want are never available and this is very disappointing. Plus, those that are available for some miracle are not 4-5 star hotels. We were told this was not a timeshare yet we're experiencing the same difficulties that come with owning a timeshare. We are offered a "huge" discount since I work in healthcare along with a bunch of free gifts in order to push the sign. We are now 4-months into paying this contract and we not yet been able to use any of the services. There's a "3-day" cancellation policy but you don't get your credentials and login information to browse the 4-sites for 30-days (mine took even longer to receive) at which point you'll realize the membership is useless and the cancellation window has come and gone. We're paying nearly $300/month for this 'travel membership" yet we have traveled since signing and have had pay for hotels elsewhere out pocket because nothing is ever available when and where we're traveling. So here we are, still paying what we were already paying to travel before when we have a membership that was supposed to save us money. There was also a claim of affiliation with Carnival and Marriott, after researching, there is no such affiliation. This is an absolute scam and with added failure to be transparent about ownership, location, or products/services offered. We were roped into a down payment and a loan for something we can't use. This is unethical and unacceptable. This company is fraudulent, and we want to cancel, we want a refund, and we want it done without hurting our credit.Business Response
