  Total fraud !!! I paid someone ****** dlls person was paid; check was cashed and withdrawn from my ************* I got a collection letter from a complete payment recovery services **** SOMEWHERE IN ******* called them and they just wanted to collect the money and couldnt disclose anything. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS SCAMMERS I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS AND ITS A EMPTY LOT IN ******* address ************************************************************************ !!! What????

  ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I have no idea why Paypal or anyone else would affiliate themselves with Ingo but they need to find something better asap. I messaged Ingo by email and by IM attempting to "verify my identity" to fully utilize my online bank account. After a full week I still have not received a message back from the chat and I finally got an email that was auto generated and held zero relevance to my situation. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. I'm guessing we will all see these folks on the news one day for running one giant scam operation. How they tricked legitimate companies into utilizing them is beyond me.

  They have the worst customer service EVER! The company that holds my accounts partners with them to cash checks. I deposited a check towards my closing cost on my new home. They were going to charge 300 dollars or hold it for 10 days. I had to have the exact amount for the loan company. Closing day was the 10th day. I asked to lift the waiting period, but they absolutely refused. I asked to see if they could lift the fee because the amount had to be EXACT. Their offer is a 5-dollar coupon off my next check. What an insult! And they wouldn't discuss anything but, the word no. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone else.

  If there was a negative star section I would pick that wasted over a full day with this app trying to cash a check took it to bank and because it was attempted they won't cash it so now I have to waste more time and money and go back to check issuer to write a new check thanks ingo for nothing

  0 stars. App says to endorse, then denies the check. First denial says no preprinted address, even though there was. Second denial was a general denial. Worst customer service, if you ever get them to answer. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over. Rep said check doesn't pass thier security protocols but wouldn't allow me to provide further info to assist with approval. Check was endorsed as instructed so I can't use another service or deposit. Rep just kept telling me to contact the issuer to write another check. I suspect if I paid the fee, it would pass their "security protocols".

  **** had me take a picture of my check front and back and write void then declined it due to my card was restricted without my knowledge then **** at ingo told me to get another card so I did t but she changed the information on my card and put my ******* on to a card of her choice now I can't get my funds.

  FRAUDULENT - INCOMPETENT - LIARS September 23, 2023 I deposited a check through PayPal and agreed to the small fee to have money deposited within a few minutes. I uploaded a photo of the front of check & a photo of the signed back of check. The check was for $100, was dated for September 16, 2023. I received notification that the transaction & deposit were approved. The last step I needed to do was to write VOID across the front of ************** a copy of that so the deposit could be made. I wrote VOID across the front of check, uploaded it, the system told me it could take a few minuet's for the money to be deposited. Then it told me, they would not be processing the deposit due to check being outdated. Made zero sense so I tried calling them at number provided. After 6 attempts and being put on hold for 30+ minuets each time w/ nobody ever picking up, I e-mailed them today. Explained everything, in addition to advising them I have proof of all that occurred. Their reply was 100% BS and a LIE. I don't think they even read my e-mail. Now they are claiming I didn't VOID the check & because of this I violated their rules & I'm no barred from using their service. I still have yet to be able to speak with anyone there. The biggest issue is I FOLLOWED THEIR RULES, VOIDED THE ************ PHOTO COPY TO THEM......being that the check was reimbursement for monies I paid out of my pocket for someone else, they have now cost me $100 due to their INCOMPETENCE as I VOIDED the check making it now worthless.

  Worst. Experience. Ever. Tried to cash a check, PayPal said that it was accepted, and to write void over the check. I did exactly that, and got a message that it was not properly voided. So I went over it with sharpie to be safe, tried again, still said it was not properly voided. I am now locked out of check deposit, and out 65 dollars since the check is no longer usable because I FREAKING VOIDED IT. Tried to contact support, said they would escalate my problem to somebody who could help, and that I would get a response in ***** hours. Well, it's been longer than that and I'm still locked out of check deposit, out 65 dollars, and I have heard nothing from customer service. I wish I could give them zero stars.

  Deposited a check, supposed to take minutes and cost a small amount of the check. Here I am 17 days later, still no money but they are still trying to charge me the $5 for depositing my check "in minutes". Company is a complete scam and it is impossible to speak to anyone there. They also ignore any requests for a branch manager.
