Very scammy marketing and rude customer service. They do not have a "real" product ordering process with a cart and the ability to review your order. Instead simply clicking on a link (even by mistake) immediately places an order with no way to undo it. This company takes advantage of desperate people with chronic pain such as myself. I racked up hundreds of dollars of charges before realizing it, then reached out to them. They then permanently banned me from ordering saying *************** Communications" simply for pointing out their communications and ordering process is "scammy", which it is. I have tried the products sent and see no real benefit, but even if it was, it is not worth dealing with a company engaging in this type of marketing. I am returning all the products ordered and will see if I get a refund plus the 200% guarantee promised. If not I will file a full complaint here.Review from Phyllis S

I have never run into such a RUDE ****************************** Person named ***...Do NOT buy anything from these Scammers....it's a Bait& switch ***************** Manager will not respond to you ever.....Now it's **************...Same people...Same Scam....I think *** needs to keep on taking her Meds.....She is RUDE & Screamed at me when i told her they did not send what i ordered....No Matter what you do.....Don't fall for their BULL !!!!!Review from Bill C

Yes, they will send you a duplicate order. And charge you twice and then they will very rudely blame you for ordering twice. I have never been treated like this by anyone. BEWARE!Review from Kelly H

A terrible experience and the worst customer service. After starting to place on order I was directed to an up-sell for a better version. Not having been given that option to begin with I canceled my order. Or I thought I did. However, the order was placed anyway and then I immediately was inundated with emails to upgrade. I tried calling several time because I prefer to deal with people directly. When that did not work I finally emailed. The response was incredibly rude. All of the responses from that point on were from the same person. She felt the need to continually point out things that I had already conceded (admitting my errors) instead of addressing the actual issue. I asked to speak to a manager. She then said she is one. I do not know why she did not understand that I clear meant someone other then her. I find is sad actually that I have to post here when a simple conversation with a manager capable of professionalism would have been the end of it.Review from Marc S

If the products really contain what they say, they have some good nutritional products.But dealing with the ordering process, "customer service", and all the ordering gimmicks is horrible. I ordered only what I could afford. They immediately sent me an email saying the order didn't process and to place it again. (With urgency or the deal would expire.) I did, and they sent me 2 identical orders and of course charged my card for both identical orders. When I notified them about it, the customer service rep. blamed me for not checking with them first before doing the reorder. and was very rude about it. When I tried to resolve it they just became more rude. She spoke/emailed me like I was stupid for ordering twice even though I sent her the email where they said I needed to re-submit my order.(The email was from them saying I needed to place the order over again. So why would I think I needed to check with someone else there? I even emailed them that this was for one order and not to duplicate it. They did duplicate it anyway.) I formally used the old Pharm Origins Conolidine 1 **** and it worked beautifully on my back pain from scoliosis. Since the change to American Labs and the new Conolidine 1 **** I have found that this new American Labs version is ineffective. I will no longer be purchasing Conolidine 1 **** It has been ruined.Review from Vinny W

**************** folks via e-mail seem to be really rude and completely lack reading comprehension skills. Then, when you point out that they did something to your account that you didn't ask for, they go off on the deep end, deleting your account and such saying that you aren't a good fit for their company. This is from the newish fulfilment people as they've been saying for months that Pharm Origins is closing or closed, yet were still shipping on subscription that they got you to sign up for under the premise of receiving a free bottle of product, then they offer you to buy multiple additional bottles at a discounted price while you now have a subscription and won't ever use the additional bottles that were purchased because the subscription will be replacing the amount used per month... It is puzzling the way that this whole shut down has been communicated and seems to continue to linger. It feels like urgency marketing saying that it will be gone forever, but then they will continue to ship on a subscription until you cancel... For sure, the whole mess isn't well communicated and is highly questionable.Review from Sheryl C

I will say this, you use to have a great product in deep c. I actually got off my pharmaceutical ** meds. Since you have changed or sold out, whatever you did, you are no longer trustworthy. Your supposedly "deep c" turned into a spray and the amount is a sixteenth of what we use to get. Your price however remains the same. I do not trust the spray to do the job. I would have bought it for the rest of my life. My husband and I both used it. My husband bought one that is now the spray, no information of what's in it. Big red flag. Big pharma wins again, I guess. Hopefully I will find something to replace it so I don't have to go back on big pharma's poisons. They use to be very nice to deal with, now they are smug and short. Very disheartening. This will come back to bite you doing your customers like this. Always does. My condolences on your failure to fight for what is right. You've lost your moral compass and passion of healing.
