            I stayed at Alecia bb in ******* ** on the *********** of May 3 and 4th of 2023...I was told that I would receive my $85 deposit back within 10 days...it took three weeks...I called and texted for that amount of time..then someone lied to me and said they sent it and showed me their proof of the following receipt...so I filed a complaint with my current bank chase and they deposited the monies into my account...5 days ago the monies was denied and taken from my account...I called the business again today with a detailed information voicemail this early morning today...it is now 9pm and she has yet to return my call or send me my deposit...I also told them I have a relative that lives there who could pick up the deposit they owe me...I want my $85 returned to me...I found her business on expedia...they can't help me...I asked over a month ago...besides that fact that no one was there to check me in for the late check in I requested...and she had to be phoned by Expedia to get us in the door...she never answers her phone when called...she is very unprofessional and lists the availabilities under many falsities...I will never trust them again and would never recommend anyone to do business with her...

            This hotel is criminal. I am from ******* and I paid for 2 nights (june ***** 2024. There is no reception and the self check in instructions did not work. I attempted to contact them on whatsapp (the only way to contact) and i was informed i had to pay a 85$ deposit. This was not stated on their website. I paid the deposit online. I atttempted to contact the hotel on whatsapp for the new self check in instructions. NO ANSWER!!! It was 11:30pm at night and the hotel is in a very bad area of *******. I was very scared. The hotel itself looks like something from a horror movie. Thank god i had my smartphone. I had to make reservations to stay at another hotel (the ************************). I called the police and told them what was happenig. They were so kind. They came to my location, told me this was a very bad area, and they gave me a ride to a safer area of *******. I have contacted the hotel to get my money refunded for the room and to get my money back for the deposit. Today is june 24th and they still have not responded to my messages...they havent even looked at them! This place is criminal, in a bad and dangerous area of *******, looks like something from the horror movie Hostel, and they dont respond to messages. Stay away!!!!
