      On May 1st I ordered Popeyes for my family and I to have dinner. I spent $122.06 on the order. When picking up the order we didnt even have half of the order so I had to go back and get the rest of it. The manager and associate were rude and stated they gave us the food when we never did but we got our food. When we got our food, it was cold but we still ate it. Shortly after myself, my fiance, my sister in law, my brother in law, my father in law and my nephew ate we immediately felt sick. We had food poisoning for 4 days. I have requested for a refund several times and they have not provided a refund or any updates on this matter. It has been 2 months. I want my money back that I paid for the food.

      This is the second time I ordered food from Popeyes and half my items were missing. Then when I call to get my items they hang up on me. I go up there to get my items they are extremely rude and accusing me of lying and not wanting to supply the missing items.

      I placed my order online at Popeyes.com as a pick up order. This was at 9:55pm and the store didn't close until 11pm. When I arrived at the restaurant (minutes after the placed order) I was told that all of the items in my entire order weren't available and that I would need to cancel my order. I asked how it was possible that my entire order wasn't available?? The lady staff remember said "We don't have any of your items. We can't make it." I was confused but I didn't argue. I said okay and I drove away. 10 minutes later I was chatting with Popeye's customer support attempting to get my refund. I've attempted 3 times to resolve this matter with their customer support and instead I've been getting the run around for 5 days now. They keep telling me that the issue is being escalated to a support team member who can better assist me, and to wait ***** hrs for someone to contact me. Absolutely no one has reached back out to me and I just want my refund processed. My order was randomly refused and now it's a struggle to get my money back.

      I made a mobile order at the business for $14 on 06/26/24; upon arrival at 7:30pm to pick up my food, The manager there was very rude as soon as I walked in the door, she works there with her husband and son. As I waited for my mobile order she tried to close the lobby early in which the establishment closes at 10pm; but she seemed visibly upset and I asked her was she okay but she still had an attitude. As I sat and waited for my order, myself and another customer witnessed her make other customers food with no gloves on and kept wiping the back of her pants and back to touching the customers food which is very unsanitary. When I confronted her about it she became belligerent and refused service; she also called police on me for doing so. She told me she cannot get fired because she is the manager, I would like this issue to be taken to corporate in regards to this dilemma. There are cameras in this store that can detail the encounter step by step.

      On June 22, 2024 I went to a Popeyes located at *********************************************. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Within 1 hour of eating it, I felt sick and threw up. I got food poisoning from that meal. I complained online to the Popeyes chat on June 24, 2024 around 7:30 PM Central time (which is the only option to have a rep deal with you). I was offered a digital coupon for $10 and then I got transferred to this unprofessional Popeyes rep named ****************** She basically did NOT honor what the other rep offered me. She did NOT give me the $10 digital coupon that I was offered from the previous rep BEFORE I was transferred to ****************** Attached are parts of chats in a screenshot compilation. I paid close to $10 for that meal and I would like compensation for that meal in the form of a digital coupon that was OFFERED to me from the first rep on the Popeyes chat. Either that or a refund. ****************** the 2nd rep I was transferred to did NOT honor what the first rep offered me and would not give me the the $10 digital coupon credit.

      Me and my daughter went to Popeyes in round Rock and order chicken meals and beans and rice red with biscuits the beans and rice was spoiled food hard biscuits no one has reached out to comply with recent complaints. Also chicken was not all cooked threw .

      I placed a mobile order on Saturday June 15th 2024 because it was a large order. I arrived at the store and was told when checking in that they were out of stock on the chicken tenders I ordered and was asked if I wanted them to replace them with spicey tenders. I declined noting it was for kids. I was told to go back on the app and cancel the tenders so I would not be charged for them which I did. They asked me pull forward. I waited an hour and finally called the store because all customers were gone and it was closing time. I was told they canceled my entire order and I had been sitting there for nothing. I asked why they had me pull up and made to wait for an hour if they canceled my entire order and was told "I dont know what to tell you. Its canceled were closed contact support through the app" and I was hung up on. The app wont let me cancel the rest of my order because I had already canceled part of it. I have made attempts at resolving through the app's support but it is an automated system and is of no help. I attempted to call the customer support line but it says they only deal with things through text. I get an automated reply stating they cannot help me and will send it up and it will be fixed in ***** hours or no response other than the initial one prompting to say what my issue is.

      On 06/23 I placed an order via DoorDash to popeyes 9:48. They send one dasher. This dasher sends a message about no sides. Cancel I get another dasher that gets to the store where they tell him they are out of everything and now closed. Now Im sitting up starving and unable to eat chicken. They refunded my money but this was a horrible inconvenient situation. IM STARVING NO OPTIONS ON THE ***** EVERYTHING CLOSED. They need to fix it and fix it now. I will cancel my dash pass, and request refund. Cuz why would I want a membership with a company who conducts business this way. Order placed through DoorDash but Popeyes needs to take fault in the inconvenience.
