      Wednesday 8/11/2021 I went into Popeyes Chicken and ordered food. I realized my wallet wasn't in my pocket. 8/12/2021 I called Popeyes at ************ and an employee answered the phone. I asked if they found a little brown wallet with my drivers license and debit cards in it. I told them my name and address that's on the drivers license inside. The employee said yes, we have it. I asked again and he said yes. I told him I was coming to get it. When I showed up not even 3 minutes later, all of a sudden whoever answered is now off. I come back the next day to see if they spoke with the employee and they act unaware as though I wasn't just in the day before. I called Rebecca ********** the owner of the store for video. She blew me off as if my wallet wasn't important. My wallet hold my drivers license, debit cards, credit card and health cards. Rebecca began to lie and say she reviewed the footage and did not. It's stealing at this point if you ask me and they are covering it up.

      We visited Popeyes on Airport Blvd in Austin Tx on 8/15/2021 and purchased a chicken family meal the order total was approximately $40.00 we began to eat and my husband began gagging he then asked if we had smelled or tasted the chicken to be weird. At that time me and the others in my family had eaten the sides no chicken. As we smelled and tasted the chicken it smelled of spoiled rotten chicken. I tried calling the establishment but the phone was off. We went back and went through drive thru (the lobby was closed) and I handed the crew member the food and receipt and explained the issue. The manager had the crew member tell me I had to dispute the charge with my bank and there would be no refund on their behalf as they were unable too per their system. I asked for a better explanation of why I wouldn't be refunded after being denied anymore info i asked for managers name and corporates number I was denied both and the drive thru window slammed on me and they kept my food and money.

      I placed an order on the Popeye's App for pickup on 08/13/2021 for7:25pm. The order wasn't ready, I inquired about it with the an Employee in a orange shirt who said it wasn't ready. 10 minutes later, I asked the Manager in a blue shirt, I was told the chicken wasn't ready in a rude manner, so I said I wasn't told that. I was met with more attitude. Another employee said, 'what she saying' to the Manager. Once they started speaking in a manner not acceptable to me I asked for a refund. The Manager said she didn't know how because I used the app. She convinced me to stay. I said ok, but I'm still going to file a complaint cause your employee can't interfere or speak to me like that. That employee went off started screaming in the back. Between the Managers attitude and the employees I said I don't want the chicken. We leave, and another employee came out the side door and told my 75 year old father, you can speak to 'my sister' like that and said I'm going to **** you up.

      I am filing a complaint against this popeyes location for bad customer service and a terrible order I received on July 30 2021 I ordered from this location that day and told the person who took my order exactly what I wanted but they still managed to mess it up not only did I had a long waiting time but 5 other people received there order before me it wasn't till I got home and realized they messed up my order 1 chicken sandwich was missing the food was cold and my chicken strips were not even full strips they were bits of just small pieces I contacted the restaurant twice and still no response which is why I'm filling this complaint I would like a full refund $22.67 for my order and apologoy from the manager for allowing something like this to happend worst experience ever

      I paid online for a meal, when I arrived the incompetent staff demanded payment and did not proved my order. I was charged and never received the item purchased. The online help at Popeyes only have a 3 credit. I need my full refund this fraud and they are stealing money from buyers who purchase ahead of time and online.

      I placed a order online and the when I got to the restaurant the employee said it wasn't in her system. I kindly asked the employee to look again she had a nasty attitude and wouldn't look again. I went into the store to try show the employee my online receipt and she wouldn't look at it or search her system again. It's worse I have ever been treated a restaurant and will never ever go back to this Popeyes. I've always had my issues with this Popeyes but this takes the cake. The employee could have at least tried to help me and she didn't even care about the proof I had showing I purchased a order online

      Date/time: 7/27/2021 2:13 PM order placed, arrived 2:20 PM, in line until 2:50 PM.Amount paid: $29.84Location: **** W ********** Ave, Milwaukee WI XXXXX Store# XXXXX Order# 17Manager stated that there were only 4 employees working & that's why lobby is closed for paid online orders. I informed Mgr that I have waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes and that paid online orders should have the option to pick up at door at least. Mgr then told me that if I did not want to wait, then I could leave now and get a refund through the app. I informed her that I would not be leaving without an immediate refund or my food. Mgr then informed me that they were out of beignets I ordered for $3.99, and I would need to call someone to get a refund. Employee name Riana then came to window, I asked her what the Mgr name was, the Mgr said to Riana, "Don't give her ****" and slammed the window closed. Riana opened it back and said the Mgr name was "Sarah". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

      Saturday, July 24, 2021 Amount $82.25 Purchased and order was never fulfill by store or customer was never contacted prior before arriving Unprofessional Manager and team players Order *** We placed an online order at the Popeye's off XXXX XXth Street ****** Texas XXXXX on Saturday, July 24, 2021 for AAU Boys basketball team. We gave them at least a good hour to fulfill the order. Once arriving to the store they tell us that they cannot make our order. We were never contacted before arriving, but my $82.25 for my VISA debit card was processed and taken. The manager states it's nothing she could do nor did she give us the information how to handle the situation but closes the drive thru window in our face. Keep in my mind there is cars behind us. One of the customer behind us was so nice to give us the customer service & process of how to receive my money back. From the manager & crew should all be let go. I received my receipt and have been calling for my refund. Receipts
