      I went to this business to get my items i usually purchase but on this particular visit I was told I could not get a 3 piece meal with 3 thighs. I got the same item they day before but this time I was told that I would have to substitute one thighs with a leg or white meat. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. Not only did they mess up my order in providing me with everything I asked for and paid for, They refused to provide me a receipt. This is actually the second time this happened at this location where they refused to provide me a receipt and told me I couldn't speak with anyone but that I could file a complaint online

      Entered by BBB staff DC. Consumer states last month she went to Popeyes in ************, ordered 2 dinners, waited 1/2 hour for her order. She paid for it prior to getting the order. When she got home the dinners were cold. She returned to the store for a refund & asked to speak to a manager. She was told they do not give refunds.  She would have been happy with a fresh meal.  She was treated horribly and it's not about the money it's about the treatment given to her.

      Ordered popcorn shrimp, 2 cheesecakes, 2biscuits, red beans and rice, ** mashed potatoes , and hi-c fruit punch through the drive thru. Asked for popcorn shrimp cooked fresh and they were redipped in the grease where they were so hard u could not bite them and the shrimp inside was so dried out and flattened that u couldnt tell it was a shrimp. The staff was very rude bc we asked to exchange the shrimp for chicken instead which too was so old and hard that the meat was dark and tough and the crust could not be bitten. Upon arriving home I started to eat a cheese cake and on my second bite something sharp stabbed me in the top of my gum in between 2 teeth that had broken to the gum prior. Immediately I grabbed my mouth and noticed I was bleeding profusely. Looking into the ****** I realized that something that looked like glass was stuck in my gum. When I touched it I realized it was a piece of hard plastic that had broken off from the cheesecake top wedged atleast a half of an inch into my gum. I pulled it out and blood went everywhere. It stung like h*** for hours. Next 4 days my gums were swollen and very soar and unable to eat for fear of agitating the area. I called the customer complaint line where I was instructed to text my complaint and send pictures of the receipt, the damage caused etc..,I did so and was told that the owner of the **************************************** #*****, will contact me shortly. This event happened on June 10, 2024 and I have reached back out to the number I text the original complaint from several times and no one responds. I called the customer service number and was directed again to text my complaint and I did so and no one responded. I called the store and was told the ** was not available and given a number for corporate office. Answering machine came on and I left a very detailed message to include my name, number, description of what happened, and expressed urgency that someone reach out to me. To this date no one has reached out to me at all.

      On Sunday (06-16-24) I purchased a Big Box from store #***** in *******. The Big Box comes with a breast and thigh, a biscuit, and two sides. Instead of getting the breast and thigh, I was given a thigh and a wing. I'm not sure if they didn't have a breast or not (could have just informed me if they didn't). All I know is is that I was given what I didn't order! Then I was charged .************* for a side that should have been included with the order. I was long gone from the store when I got home and discovered the problem. I did not have the energy to get back into the car and go back to correct the issue.

      I ordered through door dash but Popeyes canceled my order after a hour of waiting it wasn't door dash it was Popeyes I waited over 1 hour for them to cancel it what makes it even worse I still haven't got any kind of refund..I'm gona make sure I let people know about that Popeyes ..I'm in ******* for work related purposes and I get this satisfaction very very discussed by this

      I came to the **************************************** at 12:05 and placed my order at 12:22 Me and five other cars were waiting because apparently none of the food we all wanted was made and after sitting there for 20 minutes I left I want my money back. That is absolutely ridiculous. When she told me it would take 3 to 5 minutes for tenders to be done fresh tenders thats unacceptable. They need new management. They need a whole new staff at that store that is beyond ridiculous. my son who was autistic was sitting in the back, screaming crying because I wasnt gonna sit at Popeyes any longer than 20 minutes for three tenders. Thats ridiculous. That really messed up my afternoon to have to ride with a screaming special-needs child down the road because youre employees dont know how to make tenders.

      I placed an order for drive thru pick up. I got there about 15 mins after I placed the order. I pulled up to the drive thru and the worker told me they didnt have the order. I tried to show her my phone with the order info to see if there was some way they could help because I couldnt continue to wait. The drive thru attendant was rude and said I had to wait. I tried to wait at the window sine there was no line she made me move. She made me come inside. Once onside, ******, the worker at the register, was very rude. I simply asked to her help me because I already been waiting. Plus, the rude drive in attendant told me I had to come inside to get help. She got mad and said there was nothing she could do. Things started to get heated because she began to curse calling me a *****, saying f*** you and even threatened to spit in my food. I asked to speak to the manager. Her name was ******************** believe and she as able to immediately help me and pack my order. I thanked her because all I was asking for was someone to help since the system isssues are not my problem. It is sad that this is the type of customer service we get at your restaurants. Train your employees how to deal with system issues and to have a better attitude to prevent escalation situations. This altercation could have easily been avoided with some care, empathy and training. This was at your ******************* location in *******, **. I have video footage of ******* outrageous behavior. She needs to be fired immediately. The rest of the employees there need a training on customer service immediately. I work in customer service so I do not go out of my way to be rude to CS workers. I wouldve been immediately terminated had an incident like that happened at the corporate retail store I work for. This incident occurred on Tuesday, June 11.

      I paid 29.84$ for the online order I placed under Popeyes website I didnt receive the order and order didnt arrive I reached out to the Popeyes and driver also and driver didnt answer Popeyes cs agent named ******* told me someone would reach out to me from ***** hours and o one reached out to me to offer compensation or refund. I would like refund to be issued

      Ordered lunch through their mobile app and was charged ***** When I got to the restaurant, they did not have the product available but cannot cancel the order or refund the price. Told me to come back that afternoon. I have a limited time for lunch and that was not acceptable. Their customer service said they will not cancel the order or refund the money.

      When we went through the drive thru, they took our order and then made us pull around to the front because they needed to make the tenders. 15 minutes later, no one came out so my husband had to go in and they still didn't have it ready. Finally they handed us a bag and the 8 piece nugget was missing and instead was a 3 piece wing? which we did not order. Our food tasted very old and cold. I'm disappointed because we paid ***** and everything was a mess. My sons tenders were sorely lacking, ***** for five tenders that looked like they had been sitting there all day. Just so disappointed. I tried to call the store and no one answers. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks now and customer service keeps saying its being worked on. Ive run out of patience.
