      Paid for delivery for food, didn't recieve said food, but the dasher assigned said they handed it off to me. Contacted customer service, they said they would email me back, I have not heard from them at all.

      ************** purchased $40 worth of food for lunch on the app today. When I got to the restaurant, I waited in line behind other cars for well over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, The lady came on and told me Im boxing up a big order, you are more than welcome to come inside. I drove around to the front and went inside, and stood there for 20 minutes watching everyone continue to box orders. The lady at the window, then took the next person in line and when I inquired about why I was encouraged to come in then they helped the person behind me, I was told I didnt tell you to do ************** walked away (still not helping). I asked another lady behind the counter (whom I later found out was the *** how I can cancel my order because my lunch break was over, and she told me I had to do it on the app. I left the store and tried to cancel on the app, and there was not an option to cancel. I tried to get in touch with corporate, and theres no option to speak to anyone. I called the store back, and I was told they stopped giving refunds three months ago. They offered for me to come and pick up the order, but this was six hours later, and I am in a whole different city. They told me that is my only option. Therefore they had my $40, but refused to give me anything for it OR refund me

      Popeyes in ******** is being run terribly and had terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru 7/24/24 and ordered $63 worth of food. The exterior of the restaurant is filthy and neglected. I paid for my food and asked to pull up to wait for my food. I asked for a handfull of honey packets and was told "absolutely". 10 mins later the manager brought my food. I again asked and was told the honey was in the bag. Upon getting home, half of my food was MISSING and I was lied to my face about the honey. This is the 4th time this restaurant and specific manager has stole my money and not provided the food and blatantly loed to my face. This store if not being run properly and needs investigated. I have lost so much money because of the employees lacking to do their job. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant until management or owner fixes it. Better yet, close it and start fresh with employees that want to work.

      Me and my Fianc order Popeyes online after a long day working in the sun. The order was put in before they closed. I went to pick up and was told at the window that they stop making food at 9:40 which is 20mins before they close. I know that's illegal. Your required to provide your services until your closing time. So they either need to close at 9:40 or make food till 10. There is no point of being open if no one can order food.

      Ordered Two of the 8 piece 'tenders' boxes (which were suppose to include a ************* but it was overlooked). What was difficult to overlook was the total for Two boxes of their 8 piece chicken special: Ready? $62.62 (that also included 2 Cokes). Aside of the sticker shock: NONE of the Prices are Posted, so an out of town customer has no idea of the cost of lunch (being 2 or 3 times any other venue).

      I just had the worst experience ever, I opened my fried chicken order and I see a whole head fried with eyes beak and crest, DISGUSTING AND FOREVER WOULD BE FRUSTRATED.

      I don't know WHY. But Popeyes in ******** WI doesn't show here! That's the one I need.A couple days ago we ordered on the app. We weren't aware you use a third party delivery system. Door dash revived order it was WRONG no carbonation in soda, soda half full order miss*** dips miss*** ect the store says call door dash. Didn't know door dash is responsible for miss*** items from a SEALED bag or no carbonation from soda. Husband called and was IMMEDIATELY yelled at by a manager. We reached out to Popeyes customer service apparently you can't call they text you I was ignored for 5 hours after they said they were look *** into i complained to store manager who's lazy response was if you complain those are marks against me he offered free food NO I want my money refunded how hard is this !!!! Popeyes said they didn't refund but yet refunded only ***** of the ***** I reached out to Popeyes online she said would be helped that was 4 days ago and have been ignored UNEXCEPTABLE you can let the owner of the Appleton store know I filed this

      ********************** ********** location doesn't open as advertised. It says they open at 10am on Sunday. The employee said they don't open till 1130 even though they accepted orders.

      I ordered food Through DoorDash and try to get some boneless chicken wings for my kids, but they were very rude and disrespectful to staff not only did they not provide good service. They gave me the wrong chicken and I didnt do anything to any of those workers besides make an order.
