      My name is *********************** I live in **********, MASS. I visited popeyes on ******************* where my husband and I received the WORST SERVICE EVER. Firstly the cleaning supplies (broom and mop) were both leaning against the tray that the bread is on and second, The lady who claimed she is a manager that worked tonight was cursing up a storm and talking about getting drunk. She then proceeded to answer a phone call. After the phone call she slammed the phone down and said to her coworker who the f*** calls Popeyes to try and place an order over the phone and they laugh. Whole time this is going on Im sitting at the counter and made eye contact with her three times, still I was not greeted. I placed my order and walked over to the soda machine where there was dirty water all over the floor and a bucket with dirty water and a rag on the counter. I buy my $44.34 worth of food and I go home just to take a sip of the soda and it was the worst tasting side I have ever put my mouth on so I pour it out and A ***** comes flying out of the bottom of the cup!! I then killed it and flushed it and checked my food and what do you know theres a ***** on one of my chicken tenders, I threw all of that food in the garbage and proceeded to call the restaurant and the same lady who serviced me and was very ignorant upon my arrival answers, I asked for a manager and she yelled I am the f****** manager what is it? Wow wait a **** minute no manager speaks to a customer like that especially when I have Ben ******* but nice. She started to call me a b**** f*** my refund dont f****** come here again if you think its so dirty in here if you come in here I will call the police on you! All because I had concerns about ROACHES IN MY FOOD one of my THREE kids could have ate it or drank it and that is disturbing.. I want a refund for this.. Went again today and once again was yelled at and disrespected by an employee of that company!! The second day in a row RIDICULOUS!!

      I purchased Popeye gift cards from the kroger located at ******************* as i tried to redeem the gift cards not only at the popeyes on ************** in nashille ** but other popeyes restaurants in the greater **************. i was informed that the that corporate was no longer honoring gift cards. I in turn contacted kroger as well as popeyes corporate headquarters and each pointed the finger of blame at each other. I the consumer is the victim of this situation. Both businesses are aware of this situation because several consumers have complained. This is unethical and Kroger continues to sell Popeye gift cards in the greater ************** even after they received complaints regarding Popeye gift cards.

      ---see attachment--Sold stale food. Was told they would rectify the situation on ********* email and at the local store. Local store was rude and tried to start an argument with me while I had a minor with a disability in the car. This is highly unacceptable. A manager called an d left a voicemail to suggest I wait out for his call like I have nothing else better to do than wait for his **** and call. He refused to leave a call back number. Need corporate to address this long standing issue.

      The customer service at this location is terrible. The employees are always playing around anytime you go there. You sit at drive thru 5, 10 min waiting to place an order and they never acknowledge you being there. You have to start talking to get some type of attention. The manager is never in sight. The food is all ways cold, and they are always out of something on the menu. The red beans and rice was so dried out it wasn't fit to give a dog so I put it in the garbage. The 2 sides I wanted were mac and cheese and **** slaw and of course they were out.

      Today on 12/29/2021 I placed an online order to get food delivered to my place of work on each order I wait over 2 hours to receive my food and never got it because the Popeyes at location **************** keeps canceling my order for no reason they are not closed they are open for Business I know this because its was 12pm lunch hour plus I have called the location on each order to see if they are open or not. And they most definitely are open for Business but for whatever strange reason I will be wait over 2 hours to get an order delivered to my place of work thats not even a 4 miles away. Only to get my order canceled for no Logical reason I have not received a refund for any of the 3 separate time this has happened at the same location they say they have issued a refund but like Ive said Ive never seen it hit my bank account.       I was overcharged for my purchase of a Cajun turkey by a little over $20. I have spoken to 3 people over the phone since ***** to rectify the situation. I spoke to a man named ***** on **** who said he would send a $20 gift card for the overcharge. It is ***** and I still have received no resolution. I am currently on hold with a customer service rep ***** who is checking with her supervisor for resolution. She came back to the phone after about 5-6 minutes to say the rep I spoke to will be looking into the matter.the problem with that is I have spoken to several people. She claimed she was unable to hear me and disconnected the call, so yet another dead end. One of the worst experiences and customer service exhibitions I have ever received. I would think that Popeyes would want no more negative customer experiences after the video of vermin running amok in one of their restaurants in D.C, but apparently they just dont care about any of their customers. They will get no more money from me, or anyone I know.

      NOVEMBER 4 ORDERED 8 PIECE SPICY CHICKEN AND 4 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICES NONE WAS SPICEY ONLY BISQUITS AND RED BEANS AND RICE EATABLE.I HATE PLAIN CHICKEN AND ALWAYS CONFIRM SPICY WITH NO SUSTITUTIONS.CALLED STORE KEPT GETTING FAX MACHINE SOUND THEN PHONE JUST BUSY.CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY WOULD INVESTGATE TO REPLACE THAT WAS 20 DAYS AGO!SECOND TIME BUT FIRST TIME ENTIRE ORDER.

      I submitted a complaint about the disgusting $54 turkey that I purchased for Thanksgiving. After submitting my complaint, I was asked for the store number, amount spent, receipt number, and the date. I submitted this information and was told that I would receive a reaponse back from the store. I never received a response so I emailed them again *** I was told that it would be escalated and I would be contacted. I have yet to receive a response back. I just want my money back. The turkey was dry, pale, tasteless, and just absolutely disgusting. I purchased the turkey on Oct. 30, 2021 at ***********************************.

      On 10-23-21 2:42pm I ordered food through the drive through. When I got to the window the girl was eating I paid for my food, she gave me food that belonged to the car behind me and charged me for it as well. I told her that it was not my order and as I was talking to her she answered her cell phone. they gave me my food I asked for the receipt for the refund for the wrong food when she asked me for my card I asked what for she said for the refund (they was going to let me leave without giving me a refund) I gave it to her she walked away with my card 3x came back and said that they could not figure out how to do a refund it was only a $5 difference would I like a piece of chicken or pie that they did not charge me for my order I said no and took Popeyes number and left. I immediately called ********** and complained about everything very upset and ended up calling again that night when I found out that they did charge me for my order when I found the receipt for my order in the bag. I have called Popeyes customer service # 5x more since the 23rd at ********** with promises of getting expedited calls from managers, district managers, and the owner him or herself of that particular Popeyes. NO ONE HAS CALLED I paid $31.07+$26.22(mine) At this point I want full reimbursement and an apology I have waited long enough for this to be taken care of and their customer service is just lip service. I love Popeye Chicken but after this experience I don't care if I return. I did have a witness with me in the car as to all happenings if you should need to talk to her I will ask her to talk to you.

      I purchased $100 worth of gift cards for Popeyes approximately 1 year ago and no Popeyes restaurants will accept them. They first cited the pandemic, then register issues and now they just say they wont accept them. I have called the Popeyes corporate at least 5 times and while they assure me there will be a resolution and someone will call me back no one ever does. I wish it was as easy as returning the gift cards to the place of purchase but unfortunately gift cards are not returnable. I am stuck with $100 worth of a plastic card and I could really use your help. I can provide the gift card numbers if you need them. They are all valid and loaded.
