    Opinion: Stay away from ASOS! Horrible, horrible, horrible company. A lot of customers have experienced a similar pattern of them closing/deactivating accounts claimining their was a security issue and/or failure to follow terms of seervice. In my case, I was promised a refund via chat and a few days later my account was deactivated. I was completely shocked. Online, I've seen and read stories from former customers who like me claimed they were suddenly kicked off **** platform. Some claimed they were able to get their accounts reactivated after they vocalized their complaint on news outlets (e.g., ******) or social media platforms (e.g., X, (fka *******), TikTok, etc.). This was not the case for me or many others. My account with **** still remails deactivated by ****. Sadly, **** showed me how much they valued me as a loyal customer for years.

    The company is not transparent about its return policy and deliberately hides "final sale" clauses in obscure places to mislead buyers. I purchased a two-piece outfit, carefully selecting my sizes based on the website's information and my past clothing purchases. However, they sent me a set that was significantly larger than what I ordered. When I requested a return, they refused, leaving me with clothes I cannot wear. Never recommend them!

    I gave a 1 star only because 0 was not an option. I would class this company as a scam. I placed an order that was to be free delivery. When it came I was charged $67.73 COD charge. I want to return the order as it is the wrong sizing. That will cost me an additional $22.00. They do not supply return labels. So on top of the cost of the order I'm out $89.73. They know they are a scam because they have no way of getting in touch by email or by phone. Reputable companies always have ways for you to contact them because they are doing legitimate business. I will never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them. My advice. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

    Poor customer service!I have been a customer with ASOS for over 10 years, but after this experience, I will no longer purchase from the store. I ordered over $400 in clothing for my trip, I didnt realize my premier expired until a saw the delivery date July 1st my trip is June 29. With my premiere I would have received it the 25th. I renewed my premier but needed help as I need these items for the trip. The Agent ***************** was dismissive and sounded like a robot he even ended the chat, there was no option to speak to his manager, nothing. His suggestion is to cancel the order and reorder and use my premiere. But if he had knowledge of the process of what he is suggesting it would be unfair to give a client that as an only option knowing the time frame and also having knowledge of the process. If I cancel my order then reorder to use my premiere it means the new purchase cost and the existing hold will now have a hold of $844, holds can take up to 10 days so my first order of $422 would still be on hold until the bank releases it. So its easier to have me inconvenienced with a hold for $844 than switch shipping for $25. I work in operations, I understand fully the process and you ship from your warehouse which means you can escalate a message and have the label updated this order was only received and nothing has been started. Poor customer service and just not caring about customer issues is whats lacking. If I was even told I would have to pay $25 for an upgrade I wouldnt have a problem. But I was dismissed with the repetitive statement and when I stated I will take my business elsewhere he said he respected my wishes and ended the chat. It ends here. I will cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

    I have been a customer for over 15 years. I made a huge order this morning, went back 15 minutes later to make a change (which they state is ok on normal shipping), and was told I had to pay another full-price shipping fee for one small item add-on. After an hour on hold with customer service. They are greedy and extremely unhelpful. Basically, they don't do what they promise and will take your money regardless. Stay away.

    I have never ordered anything from this company. I was getting many boxes and packages from this company as OVERSTOCKED merchandise. I have returned packages to *** and had them returned as there is no RETURN ADDRESS or RETURN LABELS. I don't know how my address got on their company list. I have to return these boxes to Norstorm Racks in ********* and hopefully this will stop. These packages are coming from ******** and ******* with no return address.

    I contacted this alleged business - as well as my bank - about 2 fraudulent purchases made via my PayPal account. I count acres this seller, and I have yet to hear from them in response to this matter. I do not believe this seller to be honest and above-board. I think they only care about making the sale at any expense.
