    I placed my order on 9/15/2022 for the PS5 Console Bundle and I just received my package. I live in ******* 2 hours away from where Hurricane *** hit in ************* and was able to still receive my order in a timely manner regardless of the weather condition. Everything went smoothly, fast shipping. This is for a birthday gift for 10/7 and got it on time.

    Not only did my item take forever to ship and to get delivered, after I already purchased a PS5 somewhere else I saw that if I return its a 15% fee. How idiotic and terrible for them to charge me for their own fault. Terrible service especially ** they didnt put in anywhere that they do this.
