      Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my frustration with the Annual Credit Report website's service in obtaining my free annual credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. On August 6, 2023, I encountered technical errors preventing access. Subsequent attempts claimed I had received the reports, which I haven't.Federal law entitles me to these reports. I request you either provide them as required or directly obtain and send them. Despite my contact form submissions yielding no response, I urge **************** to this pressing matter.Kindly acknowledge this complaint and outline a plan for resolution.       Completed online form for free credit reports When I tried to save 1st report (Experian) using Print/Save icon at top right of screen, screen went black I typed in website address again This time, TransUnion screen appeared requesting verifying info (which I provided) - it appeared there was no way of backtracking to 1st Report (Experian) which I was unable to save - after providing requested verifying info, error message appeared citing due to website issue TransUnion Report was unable to be processed I tried proceeding to 3rd & last Report (Equifax) immediately met by same error message citing due to website error Report was unable to be processed I completed a Contact Form under Contact Us - I was concerned when after submitting a message appeared thanking me for my Comment - it wasnt a Comment, it was a request for help - no timeline provided or even acknowledgment there would be a response from website No phone # provided to reach a human I need & am entitled to my credit reports I should be able to connect with a human who can walk me thru process of correcting whatever issue occurred when I simply attempted to use Save option offered by website Any assistance in resolving this issue from BBB would be greatly appreciated Thank you

      Experian has not updated Annual Credit Bureau of all accounts that are paid with zero balance . Annual Credit cannot update because Experian has not updated the following accounts as pay and in good standing . Instead Experian keeps reporting said accounts as potentially negative instead of potentially positive accounts. Due to the inaccurate and failure to report accurately paid accounts I do reserve the right in 30 days to seek legal assistance along with monetary damages and deformation of character Credit. All verified complaint and civil action will commence in 30 days as the mishandling of my Experian accounts are mishandled. The following accounts are uploaded . These accounts are in good standing . The accounts and the payment dates are different from TransUnion and Equifax . How is it that the same accounts on Experian are the sane accounts on Transunion and said accounts on Transunion accounts are accurate but Experian is not lined up with the accounts and other credit bureau so these actions are a violation to fcra .

      According to section 508 of Rehabilitation Act of ****, all American expats by law and having a valid ** address should be able on your site annualcreditreport.com to encode their foreign mobile number which is more than 10 digits because of the country code which needs to be included to receive a one time code.Currently your institution is just violating the law by discriminating US expats by their inability to receive their Annual credit report from the 3 credit agencies by email by not allowing the US expat to encode their foreign mobile number or allowing them to use other types of 2 layer authentification method such as a code generated by ****** Authenticator or chosing security questions and answers, as many other US banks and ** institutions as the *** and ****************************** already have and are obliged since ** expats are the only one in the world to be taxed twice by the US and their country of residency and having to file an annual FINCEN114 to the US Treasury informing of all their foreign account balances.

      Tried to get a copy of my credit reports online via annaulcreditreport website, but I keep getting errors. The company only lists contact information from the ****s (i.e., wants to communicate via *** mail only).Since this is a requirement by federal law, there should be a better way to resolve issues than communicating via mail!

      I needed to get my credit report printed and sent out for a personal matter. I was directed to use this company. I was unable to access the information I needed to. I couldnt print out the reports I needed as well. I wasted my free annual credit report on a poor excuse of a company and now if I want to access my report, I now have to pay.
