      Equifax has violated rights under the **** on multiple occasions. I have been fighting with Equifax on these fraudulent inquiries for months now and I am completely exhausted and taking the next step on this. Other than this I am going to sue. I have some fraudulent inquiries on my credit report that I have reported countless time to Equifax, provided all the information they have requested multiple times to no avail. Please remove these fraudulent and unauthorized inquires from my credit report as it is crippling my ability to obtain credit for months now. I have listed them below and will attach my FTC report as proof and ID documents as well so please do NOT try to stall thinking I am not the one submitting this complain.       I am rejecting this response because: according to 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after receipt. I have been trying for months to get this resolved. Your reply specifically used "inaccurate" and "incorrect" while completely disregarding that they were identified as fraudulent. By law, these are to be blocked within 4 business days of receiving my request pending your ************************************************** my updated credit report once the investigation is completed. I know my rights as a consumer. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: Equifax has repeatedly reported inaccurate information on my credit report which has been hurting my ability to obtain credit for months now. This same information was deleted from Transunion due to this inaccuracy. If the same furnisher is reporting the information to all three agencies then how is it that Equifax is claiming the information is "verified". That is showing that a proper investigation was not completed and is a violation of the ***** This is obviously willful non compliance on Equifax's end and is liable for damages up to $1,000 per violation. I understand my rights and will exercise them if needs be as this is now looking to become pointless in trying to fix it through your channels.

      Dear ***/*****,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the three major credit reporting agenciesTransUnion, Experian, and Equifaxfor their refusal to validate and correct discrepancies on my credit reports. Despite multiple disputes and requests for validation, the credit bureaus have failed to resolve the inaccuracies, which have negatively impacted my credit score and financial well-being.Details of the Complaint:1.Discrepancies Across Credit Reports:I have identified several discrepancies across my credit reports with TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Specifically, there are differences in how accounts are reported, including:oRepossession status, payment history, and charge-off details are not consistent across the bureaus.oSome accounts report inaccurate late payments, while others show no payment history at all.oThere are severe score discrepancies that suggest incomplete or incorrect information on at least one of the reports.2.Failure to Validate Disputed Accounts:I have submitted formal disputes for multiple accounts, requesting that the bureaus validate the information they are reporting or correct any inaccuracies. Despite this, I have received responses that do not address the issues or simply state that the information was verified without providing any evidence of validation.3.Violation of Consumer Rights:Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I am entitled to accurate and verifiable information on my credit report. The refusal of these credit bureaus to provide proper validation of the accounts in question violates my rights as a consumer and has caused financial harm, including denial of credit and unfavorable loan terms.

      I am hereby disputing these 3 accounts showing on my ********************** report. I have asked numerous times for account verification and received inadequate responses. each case individually was Voluntary Non-Suit Dismissal by the Plaintiffs because they couldnt provide any proof these are my accounts I am asking that these please be removed off my credit report since they were never proven in court to be my accounts.       My full name is Mengmeng ****. My husbands full name is ************.Equifax has made a significant error with both my credit report and my husbands. Specifically, when our bank attempted to pull my husbands credit report using his SIN number, two reports appeared in their systemone of which incorrectly displayed my name and birth date.Both of us had to subscribe to the Equifax' paid premium service in order to track the promised fix. But only to find out that my husband's SIN number appears on my credit report instead of my own SIN number.This mistake has caused severe disruption, as we are in the process of purchasing a property, with a closing date set for September 5. At this moment, the only obstacle preventing our bank from releasing the mortgage is their inability to pull correct credit reports for both my husband and me from Equifax. If this error is not corrected immediately, I face the risk of breaking the contract, leading to the loss of our advanced payment of CAD ****** and the property itself.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Equifax Canada in the past 10 days, the situation remains unresolved. I have contacted their customer ********************** numerous times per day, provided all necessary documentation, and requested corrections, but the response has been inadequate and random (In the morning, they said it's resolved, in the evening, they told me it's still in progress, several times). The delay in rectifying this error not only jeopardizes our property purchase but also poses a serious risk to our financial well-being.Given the severity of this matter, I am requesting your immediate assistance in advocating on our behalf to ensure that Equifax Canada addresses this issue as a priority. Your intervention could help expedite the resolution process and ensure that our credit histories are accurately and fairly reported before the closing date of our property transaction.

      In regards to a dispute I have I have a credit card with ************ I have had for 6 years And it does not show up on my equifax file!Over a 3 week period I have called both *********** and equifax to resolve this and both companys refuse to take accountability and tell me that its the other companys fault, they cant do anything and I need to call the other company, and when I do, they tell me the same thing,Please help this is messing up my credit file and Niether will fix and its stopping me from getting a bank loan I desperately need for emergency expenses!Calling both ******** has got me no where they keep sending me in a loop back and forth with ******* trying to help resolve or even take accountability I dont know even know where to go or what to do at this point!

      I filed for bankruptcy In June of 2024. All 3 of my *********** credit card accounts were closed on June 26 2024 due to the bankruptcy. For whatever reason Equifax in July, and August of this year removes the accounts because there closed and then places them back. This has been done 3 times in 2 months and each time causes my credit score to drop almost 100 points. I have submitted multiple disputes and this issue continues to happen. My bankruptcy is set to be discharged and this error dropping my credit score is going to mess me up extremely bad.

      I have never filed a complaint to Equifax. My last complaint the bbb handled was to ***********. Those are 2 different companies and these are 2 different issues. Mission lanes complaint was resolved and closed. Equifax has reopened and closed 3 *********** credit card accounts 3 times in 2 months, I had that were closed June 26 2024 due my bankruptcy causing my credit to drop almost 100 points. Photos were provided when the complaint was filed.

      ************************* attorney At Law contacted me about filing Bankrupcy. He received ******* cash from me. When his assistant *****, put The numbers together **** wanted me to pay a monthly amount of ******* for 5 years to The courts an amount more than i receive from SSI. A month So i cancelled The Bankrupcy. I recently found out that it is on my credit report with All three credit agencies. I asked ****** to have it removed And he did not have it removed. I would like this taken off my credit rrport immeditlly. I believe he should return some of my money as well.. I believe he scammed me out of my money. I have No credit card debit, No taxes past due, The only bad credit was a repossission if *******. No medical bills And No mortgages. The house mortgage was In my husband name.

      I am not sure what you are needing from me, *********************************. My complaint is in regards to an Attorney, *************************, whose office is located on ******** in **********, **. He filed a Bankrupcy case for me in 2021. He wanted ******* to do the Bankrupcy which I gave him in cash. His assistant ***** filed all my bills and they told me I was going to have to pay the court 1350. A month for 5 yrs. This was more than I receive monthly and I told him to cancel the Bankrupcy claim.  A couple of months ago I saw it was on my credit rating and asked him to remove it. He said he would not. I called and spoke to the credit beauro and sent them the dismissal but it still shows up.  ************************* is taking advantage of people and needs to be stopped.
