  I entered into a contract with Spring Legal to negotiate debt. A year later the same lawyer I spoke with in the beginning told me I should have just filed a bankruptcy. My wife went out of work and we lost 40% of our income and out inexpensive ***************** So on their recommendation I entered into a new contract with a bankruptcy lawyer. After giving Spring Legal almost $8k and them paying off less than $2K their claim is that they only owe me back $800 . Run from this company.

  DO NOT DO business with this company!Poor Communication! Extremely High fees for minimal work! Never missed a payment and had money in my account but they didn't do their and my paychecks got garnished from a creditor! So I have to pay double! Total Scam!!!

  Total Scam!!! They told me they could cut my debt in half...not only did they not cut it in half but I am paying way more than the original debt and ruined my perfect credit. They take your money but dont pay off the creditors. They have been sitting on my funds for 3 months and still will not make the final payment. How do they not get sued over this is beyond me. Do not sign with them. The paperwork was about ten times more paperwork than buying a house and they meet me in a parking lot to sign. That should have been my first clue. Stay away from this company.

  This company told they would help resolve my bills. I have them ****. And only about **** got paid in a year. They didnt explain to me I had to pay them 459 a month for fees. They totally never went over this in my contract. Had I know I would have resolve my issues my self. So for a year Im **** out of pocket and I have to resolve my bills now. Horrible. And I cant reach their holding company they wont answer my message to give some money back they owe. Stay far far away from this compan.

  Total scam just like everyone said. I decided to cancel and just go down the bankrucpty route because the debt was just getting to be too much. Called spring legal to cancel and get a refund, only to find out that $804 of my $900 payment was fees used to pay them. Told them that I was told something completely different on the phone but all they had to say was "it was in the contract"Stay far away.

  This company is a true scam. My credit was good before I got into this program. I have been in this program for 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. They are taking 95% of my monthly payment to do absolutely nothing. How are they able to keep money and not offer a legitimate service. I did not know that the fees would be every single month. By my calculations I should have over $13,000 in this account but I only have a little over $2000. This is highway robbery. I hope everyone researches this company before entering into any agreement with them. I pray that they are investigated. I have currently received a summons that cannot be resolved due to not having enough in my account. At this point I could have kept paying my creditors, my good credit and my money.

  Terminated this fraudulent-deceptive service in December 2022. A breach of contract. They did not comply with the offered services per their contract. They take your money and don't settle anything. They mismanaged my account since I signed up for the program on 18 June 2022. No contact from personnel responsible for managing my account. The customer service representatives did not have my correct E-Mail. They were not consistent in providing me with accurate monthly statements. My account had the wrong phone number on the file. The number of payments of $372.65 twice monthly were made from July 2022 through December 2022, totaled at $4,471.80, did not reflect an accurate amount. As I logged onto my portal, I would see $749.00 instead of the $4,471.80. All my payments were being deducted towards the following: *************** Fee: $10.95, Retainer Fee: $50.00, Administration Fee: $44.50, Service Fee: $196.16, Total Fees for each month were: $301.61 X 2 twice monthly = $603.22 X 6 months = $3619.32 for all fees. After deducting $4471.80 from $3619.32 = $852.48 was left for paying creditors within a six-month period. No services were initiated, they just kept the money for themselves.

  I entered into a debt consolidation program with this company. After 6 weeks and 3 payments of $401.00 to them I decided that the program was not for me. So I withdrew from the program.I requested to have my money refunded to me but I was told that all the money was used up in fees. I did not receive any service from them and was charged over $1200.00.I think this is an unethical practice. I was told numerous times that the money would be refunded to me. I never received any refund and was subsequently told that I would now not receive any refund.

  One of the positive points impressed upon me when i signed on with this company was for protection against law suits and legal action. I was sold on the idea that if any legal action was taken against me that i would have legal representation. When i received a summons concerning one of the accounts i called Spring Legal Group. Only then was i told that they would not represent me and i was now on my own.After sending them approx. $12,000 and they only payed out less than $100 to my creditors i am very disappointed. It was a mistake to partner with Spring Legal Group.
