    I ordered an item to be delivered, and the retailer uses Roadie as their service. The driver marked my delivery as incomplete/could not be delivered because he "couldn't find the front door, GPS took me to a parking lot." I received two missed calls, but no text or voicemail were left, this driver was clearly not motivated to make this delivery. The delivery was being made to an office building that gets hundreds of packages a day and this person couldn't take the time to actually look for the address. I have attempted to call Roadie's customer service for a resolution and was left on hold for over 30 min each time with no answer. If you are a retailer please do not use this service you will harm your reputation and have your customers dealing with incompetence.

    Purchased an item from Bestbuy.com on Saturday, August 5, 2023 and selected "next day delivery." The next day I looked up my order on Bestbuy.com and noticed a Roadie driver named ****************** had been assigned the "gig," arrived at Best Buy, and picked up the item to be delivered. From that point on, my order was listed as "delayed." It seems ******* returned to her home in ********** (I can see her approximate location on Roadie's tracking page). It's now 4 days later. My item was never delivered, and no update has been given. I opened a "missing package" case with Best Buy customer service and am awaiting an update.I'm filing this complaint because I looked up Roadie on BBB.org and was SHOCKED to see the number of similar complaints and reviews about Roadie mentioning disappearing deliveries. It looks like this is not an isolated incident, and I'm suspicious that Roadie may be an organized theft ring taking advantage of customers like me and companies like Best Buy. Thanks for your time!

    I placed an order with Best Buy on 8/8/2023 and paid for same day shipping. Best Buy contracted Roadie to make the same day delivery. Although my address was correct on the package and tracking number (4FD9B1ACD2767E49), the driver left my package at the front door of a church nowhere near my address. It wasn't even off the same street. I contacted Roadie via their chat several times as they never picked up the phone. The agent (**********) advised me he contacted the driver and the package had already been placed inside the building and no one was there. He stated that they will attempt a redelivery the next day. I contacted Roadie again today, 8/9/2023, and the agent (**************) advised me that he did not see any notes on my tracking number with any interactions nor any action for a re-delivery. He then stated that they cannot make any delivery to my address as it is invalid because he could not find it on ******* He also claimed this was the reason why the driver left my package at a church because their system directed the driver to do so. Now, I am $300 short with no package because Roadie failed to do their job or help in any other way.

    CVS just started working with this company recently and had them deliver my prescriptions today. Prescriptions are just in a paper bag with a sticker to seal them. The driver claims they left it in the lobby but I don't believe they did. I looked all over. I'm pretty sure it's illegal for them to just leave prescriptions like that. My prescriptions cost $2000. This company has been zero help so I am filing a police report against them right now. Would not recommend this company and will be finding a new pharmacy to get my prescriptions from.

    7/31/2023 $10 Reimbursement For any parking I had to pay for.Roadie has stated, That they would reimburse for any parking and tolls.But they have yet to reimburse me anything, and it has been a week. I have done my part uploading the receipt to them as well as emailed it to them more than one time, And I've have not gotten anything. you clearly see on the receipt the time frame. I've uploaded it to you all so that you can see for yourself. And have tried to be patient. I really believe this company needs to really be dealt with. cause what they do all a round is horrible. No this company has not tried contact me; I've been doing the contacting

    I ordered a box spring from At Home and their third party delivery is through Roadie. I paid extra to make sure they delivered it up INTO my apartment. When the first delivery attempt happened the driver did not call me to get into my apartment gate to let him in he just left. My second delivery attempt was a few days later and the delivery driver called me and told me he will not be bringing it up to my apartment even though I paid extra for that. The delivery driver called and asked if I had someone to help take my box spring up to which I replied No, I live alone and paid extra for you to bring it up the delivery driver refused to bring up my box spring to which I told him to just return it. I went to the At Home in my town and they told me I have to drive to the store it was delivered from which is an hour away from where I live. I went a 2 weeks ago to try to get my refund back and was advised by the store manager the delivery driver never returned the item and I cannot get my refund until the item is returned. I have sent several emails and made several phone call attempts and I cannot get in touch with anyone at roadie. If I dont get a response or my problem resolved I will be taking this to court. Attached is proof my box spring was never delivered

    Delivered to wrong address and argued with me about it , despite proof it wasnt delivered to my property. Their only solution was let us contact the driver and would never follow up. I called multiple times. They finally updated me that they were finally admitting it was delivered to the wrong address. But I could never get any solutions.

    I purchased an order through Best Buy which would be delivered through Roadie. On the day of delivery, I get a text saying delivery attempt failed and package would be returned to sender.I have a ring doorbell, and I could clearly see there was no attempt made to deliver the package.There's no tracking information whatsoever, and when you call the only customer service number, it puts you on hold for eternity. There is no customer service email or any other way to reach this company and figure out what's going on.

    Roadie has not paid me the tips I'm owed from the delivery gigs I completed on July 14, July 15, and July 16 2023. The dollar amounts $9.93, $7.84, and $6.97. I spoke with someone on July 26 2023 in the morning and I was told that it would take up to 3 hours for the money to be processed and after waiting through that day I still didn't get paid so reached out to someone on July 27 2023 and now they enformed me that I would have to wait 15 days to get paid.

    Discriminated on the job while following directions provided to me and felt like my rights as a contractor were violated from a roadie representative. Asked to perform duties outside my call of duty when the original job was performed with the directions given at that time. This caused my account to be suspended for no apparent reason. Asking roadie to IMMEDIATELY reactivate my account from the ******************** trust and safety team.
