On May 23, 2024 I placed an order with Edibles for delivery to *********, **. Paid extra for same day delivery. They say they attempted delivery and would call the receipent to reschedule. No phone call was made and it has been a week and no delivery. I tried calling **************** and left three voicemails (3 different days) and have never been contacted. I sent an email to the headquarters, received an email back that I would be contacted in ***** hours still nothing.I just want a refund and can't get that either.Initial Complaint

I ordered an edible arrangement for 1 hour same day delivery 2 hours before business close. I received a call the driver wasn't going to deliver and my order would be cancelled. I received an email my order balance changed from $87.37 to zero but my card was still charged the next day and I have no refund.Initial Complaint

On May 4, 2024, I placed an order with Edible Arrangements at ****************** in ********, ** for a Mothers Day arrangement. The arrangement was scheduled to be delivered to my mothers address on May 11, 2024. My complaint is because the actual item/Arrangement that I had ordered online did not match or look anywhere close to the item/arrangement that my mother received. Due to this, I requested a refund from Edible Arrangements. I was told by the store that they could not refund me my money simply because the items and fruit basket did not match what was shown online. I asked how could that be possible because you would not order a purse from online in a certain color and be ok with receiving a different style purse and a color and not expect a refund. A refund would definitely be warranted because the item that was received was not what was shown online. To be told that my reason for wanting a refund is not warranted because the item didnt match what was online, is not right. The item that they had listed online versus what my mother received was completely false advertisement. Had I known that my mother was going to receive what she actually received from them, I wouldve never purchased it because, the received product was beyond subpar. I paid over $100 for this product and for it to not look like how it was presented to me online is not right. That is truly false advertisement and I would like all of my money back for it.Initial Complaint

Ordered 12 ct. chocolate covered strawberries on May 19th, 2024 to be delivered to my parents at ************************* in **. where they are celebrating their 50th anniversary. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 11, 2024. Order was submitted and accepted and said it was being prepared. Was never delivered. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. Now it's too late as they will be leaving the hotel so I'm trying to cancel and get a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Edible Arrangements on Friday, May 10 for delivery on Sunday, May 12. Part of the order was sent to *************, **. That part of the order was delivered. The second part of the order was supposed to go to ***********, Il. I received an email stating that it was delivered. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I called the recipient. She checked around the outside of the house, the neighbors, and the mailbox. Nothing. Ive been trying since then to contact the store at ****************, the ******** page, the headquarters, and NO ONE responds.Initial Complaint

I ordered a delivery to arrive in Mothers Day. The order never showed up. The order was processed through the ***************** store location. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I have read dozens of other complaints of this same exact issue. They take the orders but dont fulfill them or communicate with the customer.Initial Complaint

On April 30 I placed a order for Mothers Day that was to be delivered on 5/11. The order was never delivered and there was no communication. On 5-12 I called the store multiple times starting at 9 AM as well as corporate all the way till the afternoon and no one answered. I left multiple messages as well. I tried calling again this morning, both the corporate offices and the location in *********, ******* and again no one is answering anywhere. I want my money back and I feel the store really needs to be reviewed. Take a look at the ****** reviews for the store just posted from yesterday about how many people they scammed.Initial Complaint

date of transaction: May 12, 2024 I am writing to express my disappointment with the arrangement I sent to my mother today. I spent $254 for it. Upon receipt, she noticed that the fruits were spoiled and the few flowers that were included were not fresh. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product I received and expect a higher standard from a reputable company like Edible Arrangements. I order a Mother's Day arrangement on 5-7-24 to be delivered on 5-11-24. This arrangement was never made or delivered. The tracking number still says order received, but not yet crafted still on the day after I requested delivery. I tried calling multiple times to only receive a voice mail. I live in a different city, so driving there is not an option.
