    I worked here for all of a month before I realized my work place was extremely hostile,inappropriate, and dishonest.I did not get payed on time (July 28th) and was told by my District Manager of *****,***************************, that a mistake was made my HR and they didnt put me in system and that I would be payed 8/11 for the entire month. She assured me if her all of my money and showed me the actual email stating Id get all of my profits.I ended up leaving/quitting right at the month **** because of inappropriate and violent behavior a manager had with me and I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled wholly.Today is August 11th ..I woke up to $800 in my account. In myApp it shows me exactly how much money I made the entire month of July and it is over $1300I also make me tips .As you can see another mistake was made.I reached out to my former General Manager and she literally gave me an email for payroll,told me to call ********* (whos number I do not have and she knows this because I have asked her before and have proof of it in our messages and she ignored me and never sent it) ,she then told me if I came up to the store I would be 86d from ******************* and then proceeded to block me.Basically she will not help at all and to figure it out myself.I have no idea what to do and no person to call and I dont have the money to *** .I just want my money I dont want to bad talk the company or anything I just want my money and to be officially and completely done with this company. This location is at the ******************* ****************************************. The General Managers name is *********************. District Managers name is *************************** and I have proof of everything. Including the money I was supposed to have made and I thank the Lord himself I took screenshots of my Earnings for the month of July and August. If possible I would really appreciate any advice or help, thank you.

    The menu prices never match what you are charged and the staff say that it's the company pricing and it's possible they raised the prices in the system. They aren't able to adjust it even if the menu that the consumer is reading shows another price. Auntie ****'s is now on my NO VISIT LIST and I'll be sure to let friends and family know that they are horrible.

    I filed a complaint with ***********'s, but truely feel it is just being swept under the rug since a franchise owner is involved. I called Oct. 17th report this incident from Oct 16th (details below), which I was told there would be an investigation and I would be contacted in 3 business days. No one ever contacted me. Called again today only to be put on hold for a long time and then hung up on, which was very upsetting. Had to call yet again and was told by management there is nothing they can do since it involves the franchise owner..... That the "franchise business consultant" makes the decision on whether or not the franchise owner gets reprimanded/retrained or gets no consequence. They won't tell me who that is and I am not allowed to talk to them apparently. Nor will they tell me the end results. So Auntie ****'s customer service was useless, which is why I feel they are trying to blow me off and sweep it under the rug! No help whatsoever....On Oct. 16th....I witnessed this male ***********'s franchise owner being rude and snippy with 2 other females in addition to me. However, he was nice with a male customer when he walked up. The "owner" at ***************'s inside the ******* in *****, ** is very rude, intense, and verbally aggressive towards women! Literally had to tell him to relax and take a breath more than once. Will not be returning. Surrounding female customers told me "Good luck. He's a jerk." as they were leaving. He refused to help me and refused to give me an already paid for order... probably because I called him out on his behavior. This incident was very distressing and upsetting from the discrimination I experienced in the store to the lack of help (sweep under rug) from ***********'s Corporate. I just don't want another woman to go through what I have been going through emotionally this past week since the incident occurred.
