    I placed an online order for a case of egg rolls from this business on 10/14/2025. I have not received the product and business is ignoring all forms of communication.

    I placed my order 8/31 and still havent gotten my order. Ive emailed, callled, tried by Insta gram and still nothing and no one has reached out to me either

    I ordered from this business August 2023 and never received my order. Im not the only one. I have tried to email and call with no response back from the company.

    This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I place an order on July 27, 2023 and have received nothing yet but the automated "thanks for your order email." I've made several attempts to at least receive order information or tracking information and still nothing. They post on social media daily but won't respond to emails, direct messages or text. They have even turned off the ability to comment on social media.. I tried to go to the site and request a refund, the site is no longer a working site. This company is a huge SCAM. They take online orders and never send the product. Also I went through their refund process in order to get a refund, which is to email them, they block my email address. Although I only spent $65.89, it was my money and I expected to get a product for it.

    I placed an online order for seafood egg rolls and after numerous attempts I have never heard back from them. I even tried to message them on instagram and they continued to delete my post and never replied to the messages in the DM.

    I pain for their products to be shipped out to me from their website. However, I did not receive any emails from them for a confirmation or shipping, but the money was taken from my bank account. I have tried contacting them four different ways, online contact form, email, calling, and driving two and a half hours to physically visit them. No one has replied to me and when I traveled that far the staff did not want to talk to me to work this out. It has been over a month and I still do not have any resolve on this matter.

    I placed an internet order with king crab atl and despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone, text and email for a refund or delivery of my order, I havent received a response. I havent received my order placed on 2/14/24 and estimated delivery was supposed to be 2/23-2/26. Please either ship my order or issue a refund immediately. I am a 76 year old senior on a fixed income and I sacrificed to support your business. I wish I had read the reviews on the better business website before I made my purchase. Please contact me and let me know your decision and when you are shipping or issuing a refund ***************************** ************

    I submitted a online order 2/5/2024. I haven't received any response or the food. I expected it to arrive within a week. No response via email or calls. I requested a refund via email. No response. I would like a refund instead of reporting fraud online

    I ordered some butter sauces back on 8/9/2023 order# ****, I sent 2 emails and no response. I haven't received a email with resolution or a refund. I just want my shipment or my money back.
