      I placed an online order for seafood egg rolls and after numerous attempts I have never heard back from them. I even tried to message them on instagram and they continued to delete my post and never replied to the messages in the DM.

      I pain for their products to be shipped out to me from their website. However, I did not receive any emails from them for a confirmation or shipping, but the money was taken from my bank account. I have tried contacting them four different ways, online contact form, email, calling, and driving two and a half hours to physically visit them. No one has replied to me and when I traveled that far the staff did not want to talk to me to work this out. It has been over a month and I still do not have any resolve on this matter.

      I placed an internet order with king crab atl and despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone, text and email for a refund or delivery of my order, I havent received a response. I havent received my order placed on 2/14/24 and estimated delivery was supposed to be 2/23-2/26. Please either ship my order or issue a refund immediately. I am a 76 year old senior on a fixed income and I sacrificed to support your business. I wish I had read the reviews on the better business website before I made my purchase.       January 7, **** I placed an order on their website online. my order total was $131.88. I have yet to get any information regarding this order. I have emailed multiple times I have called their business number listed on their website. I have text the number on their website per the websites request and I have yet to get a response from anybody, I would just like my money back at this point. My order number is #****.

      I placed an order with King Crab ATL on December 11, 2023. I was given an estimated delivery date of December 19 - December 20th. Today is January 9th and I still have not received my order. It was order number ****. I ordered the butter sauce and the seasoning. They even charged me for shipping. My total cost was $41.88. I looked on the website, and my order still hasn't shipped. I tried to email them, and got a message that my email was blocked. I their calling the number, and get a recording on an answering machine. I left a message after the general recording. When you call, the business automatically sends you a text. I responded to text asking about my order...no response. I sent a dm twice on instagram. They never read it. I went on Da Brats page and tagged them in a comment. Of the comments on their page are turned off. How convenient! I went to shopify twice and sent messages. I went to the company website and sent a message twice through the "contact us" link. Still nothing. I've ordered from this company several times before with no problems, but, it was all prior to covid. I just want my money back. They should not be able to take online orders at all! This company is just taking everyone's money, and not delivering anything. That should be against the law!
