I am charged $55 for parking when their mobile app was not working. I appealed and they declined after I throughly went through the steps that a link would be sent to me to pay but I never received a link to pay. Clearly their fault. Their website only lets you appeal once and my one appeal was declined. Their number ************** will not let you speak to a person and only ask you to go back to their website. To be clear I was trying to pay the $3.45 for one hour of parking. Their system had a glitch and they do not want to take responsibility for thir mistake

We paid for parking to go to the ******************. Now, two months later, we receive a "final notice" from "Professional Parking Management" that we didn't pay and we now are being charged $85. When I look up the garage on ******* there are TONS of similar complaints. Feels like a huge SCAM.

This business manages the parking at my apartment complex. They require you to register the car and the tag. They then give you a large blue tag to hang off the rear view mirror and display. This tag is distracting to me while I drive and disrupts my view. So every morning I pull the tag down to drive and put it back up when I get home. One day, after a long shift at the hospital, I forgot to put it back up. I was written a ticket for $55 for parking in my own apartment complex for which my car and tag is registered. I attempted an appeal and was immediately denied with no excuses given. They offer no help for one mistake. My roomate also received a ticket when her tag was laying on the dash instead of hanging in the rear view mirror. You could clearly see the pass in the photos they submitted for evidence. In addition, the app for registering guest parking rarely works and due to this my boyfriend also received a ticket after I had registered his car and the parking expired and the app would not let me renew. I have screenshots verifying this information. They also ignored that email for an appeal and then sent him to collections for $180. This company does not care for its customers at all.

Professional Parking Management with headquarters based in ***************, ** has sent me mail saying I owe them $45.00 - $85.00 for overstay parking. My friend and I used a public parking lot at the address ***************************************** and paid for a couple hours to start. Knowing that we can pay online, we both were expecting a text notification to alert and/or remind us to pay for more hours. Neither of us received any reminder, and so lost track of time. If we were not expecting a notification, then we would have been more mindful of time and just increased our hours without issue. But now I receive mail that Im due up to $85.00 for a couple more hours that would have cost nowhere near that amount? I have seen reviews about this parking company and many flaws regarding their ethics. This is an easy way for them to make a ridiculous amount of money off of people. In their mail letter, they also state that their terms and conditions of the parking contract is clearly displayed at the parking facility which is not true. I did not see any notice about this. The sign that is front of the parking spots only mentioned how to pay, nothing else. There was nothing about this information that was clearly stated. The lot should be checked to make sure their machines are actually sending notifications to people. They are also asking for receipts, but again, because we were expecting a notification and did not expect there to be issues, I do not have any receipts, only a charge on my account for what I originally paid for. I cannot prove to them that we did not get a notification, simply because there was no notification. I have been to other areas in the city and upon receiving a text reminder, had no issues increasing my time. This is the first time Ive seen this.

Went to work on 04/06/24 and found out that the place that we were supposed to park at had a broken gate and security told us to park across the street and that we will be fine from getting ticketed or booted. Come to find out i had an outstanding balance of $49(changed to $89 when my dispute was declined and i had contact to nobody other than an automated message from this business). I ended paying for it anyway since they threatened to contact collectors but the amount is ridiculous.

We received a bill for $85 in the mail for not paying for parking at **************************************, where this company manages parking. As soon as I received the invoice, I disputed the claim, showing a receipt from Apple Pay for the same date/time/location on March 12, 2024. The confirmation they replied with said "Hi *********************, This email is to confirm your dispute for your parking charge *********** has been received and your charge has been put on hold. We will respond to your dispute within 30 days."Yet on March 27th, we received a final notice of the bill due with no reply on the dispute. I replied to the email and asked for a status update with no reply. This week, we received a debt collection invoice from Oxygen XL for $85 and still no replies from Professional Parking Management. I went online and disputed the the debt AGAIN and I'm waiting to hear back.

Professional Parking management sent me an invoice for unpaid parking, But i paid for parking. my card has a charge of $5.35 from Asta parking on the date I parked there. Professional parking has the date and duration of parking correct , but the charge is not valid. the notice provides a website to file a dispute but the website is just one page to make a payment. There is no option to file dispute. Their website is also just information about the company, no option to contact anyone or file a dispute

This is PREDATORY pricing/penalty: On 2/16/2024, I parked across from a restaurant in their lot, and paid for 4 hours of parking, Apparently, I overstayed by FOUR minutes (they have a very dark grainy picture that does not prove anything), and they are charging me $90 and threatening to take me to collections. Besides an exorbitant parking rate, they want to charge me predatory lending. I want them to remove the charge altogether, and resolve it.

2/26/2024. Daughter parked at *******************************************************. Business (PPM) uses FLASH Scan to Pay Application QR code (ParkWiz) saying you could add more time via their website or app. Neither would display the link or allow her access to the link to connect to add time. Her friend was able to add time for her own car using the link that was non-existent for my daughter. Her friend is witness to daughter's attempts to connect using FLASH Scan to Pay Application QR code (ParkWiz). PPM then sent letter, Notice Number *********** dated 2/29/24 and received on 3/12/24 with notice to pay $45 by 3/15 and threatened "being referred to collections". Dispute: FLASH Scan to Pay Application QR code (ParkWiz) allowed entry of info upon initial entry to parking lot. With 10 minutes left, daughter received notice from application to add more time. Daughter attempted to add more time via app/website. App/website had no green box to add time as friend witnessed, while friend doing the same process had the green box and, was able to add time for her own car. Application failure to not allow adding of time is not the fault of the user. PPM should return $45 and $4.99 processing fee minus 3 hrs parking fee.
