    I was in a car accident December 5th of 2021. I hired this particular law office to handle everything. Since the driver admitted fault I thought it will be an open-and-shut case. However, thats not what happened. After patiently waiting I finally got an email from them on January 10th 2023 asking me to Authorize my settlement, which I did. Since then I have heard nothing from my case manager or anyone for that matter. I have called them several times and I have left several voicemails. I finally resulted in sending an email out and I still havent gotten a respond. They have completed neglected me as a client.

    This business didnt contact me. I decided to call them one last time and after few minutes I spoke to someone.

    However, they are meant to send me documents and I am yet to receive anything. 

    I still feel as though my needs are being neglected. Also it doesnt seem like any of the agents are speaking the truth. 
    The lady on the phone said she inherited my case and that shes working on lowering the medical bill. 
    Thats the same excuse I got in the beginning of the year.

    I was in a terrible car accident on 05/09/2022. Kanner and Pintaluga was contact 05/10/2022 by seeking help from the accident that I was involved in. My case was sitting with lawyer ******************* for processing. ****** maintained open communication up until October of 2022. During the month of October I contacted ****** and her team with no response. After reaching out several times to the phone number provided with no response I decided to call the main office. When I reached out to the main office I was told that my case has been transferred to another team. I asked at what point was it transferred. In January 2023 I felt as though I had to take the case in to my own hands and figure out what was going on with all medical bills. The company now wants to charge me the full 33% . I do not think this is just and it should be reduced.

    In 2021 my son (*************************************************, DOB: 06.02.1990) and I reached out to this law firm for help in relation to a car accident in which he was not at fault. It has been 2 years and we have not heard back from Kanner and ********* regarding his case. We have made numerous attempts to contact his case manager: ************************** and left messages, but she has not returned our calls. We would like someone from this law firm to contact us with a final update on his pending case asap. We need a resolution it has been 2 years and no updates from this company.

    I am rejecting this response because: *********** has had several complaints by consumers including myself of  the time frame in which it takes to settles cases.  It has taken 2 years to resolve my sons case with no communication of updates to this matter, until i reached out to the BBB with concerns is when Attorney: ***************************** reached out to may son with a settlement total.  Now after reviewing it my son accepting however it read on the agreement that it would additional 3 weeks for disbursement of the funds.  It shouldn't take 3 weeks when we have waited patiently 2 years to hear for this law firm regarding his case.   Horrible customer service.

    Complaint Details This firm illegally accepted a settlement offer for my property with out my permission. When notified about the situation every one avoided and ignored and passed the buck. When contacted by my attorney she said she didn't care about it laughed and hung up on me. When all this was presented to case manager he didn't believe so we called the adjuster from Allstate who confirmed everything that I said and actually laughed at the case manager for his incompetents. I have asked and begged to be rid of this firm. As recently as 3/7/23 you have falsely claim to represent on a recorded line 2x to Allstate and 1x to my new attorney. When confronted with bbb you denied it all. But yet the managing partner has been aware of these problems for quite some time and has never attempted to fix or resolve the situation. I have begged for a letter of dissolution. I even came to the office. Your refusal to fix this and the lack of communication false claims of representation incompetents in resolving a property and your illegal actions have led us to this point.     Here is the first email where you can plainly see that they are my representation. The second email is a screenshot of their mail clerk telling me to come pick up my check. I refuse to. Because I know that if I would have picked up that check and cashed it it would have been done with. I hate the fact that y'all have to lie to try to get out of this. All this could have been fixed if you would have just fixed my estimate.

    The firm represented me from September until January when I dismissed them. I had to send several letters. They still will not answer the question of why they accepted a settlement without counseling with me first. Because of their lat or inability to fix the situation is why I terminated our relationship. I have sought counsel and will be seeking Justice for my property. They still refuse to send me my client file which I have requested three times. I am now in contact with the bar association. And all legal matters will be held through our judicial system.

    I was in an accident on June of 2022 and chose this law firm for a settlement. Everything went great as far as them making sure I was treated by the doctors. After I was done treating, all communication has stopped. No one responds to my emails not return my calls and all I want to know is have they received 2 last medical bills which I believe they have received already and just prolonging this case. Also, my lost wages should be filed as a downtime claim as the vehicle I was using to do rideshare was the vehicle wrecked. Theres a clause in the insurance that says so. That portion can be handled under property but they are trying to work that in the personal injury part. At least with filing my downtime claim, I can see my lost wages until the rest is settled. They are refusing and ignoring what I am saying. All Im asking is to get paid as I was done treating months ago. Never go with these folks as they will railroad you on the end and take their time sending out the demand. I hate I chose them.

    Kanner and Pintaluga is a terrible law firm. They will not fight for you. Once they come to the end of the earth to sign you up, they will ghost you. I'm going to be disabled for the rest of my life because Kanner and Pintaluga said that it would not be enough money in the settlement to be able to pay for the surgery. I never got sent to a surgeon to even see. I received one bottle of cheap muscle relaxers from a pain clinic. The accident was over a year ago I have 6 herniated discs and things are getting worse. I'm losing feeling in my limbs. I don't know what to do. The passenger in my car got paid months ago. He went with *************************. I should have to. If you are in a wreck, do not call 411 pain. You going to end up with no money and a lot of I injuries.

    I was hurt in accident in January 18. 2022. They told my claim is settle and I would be receiving my check. I've called everyday for the last 2 weeks. I need someone to answer the phone and give me a update. I've left several emails. I have never went through anything like this. I would tell anyone search this company before you use them.

    I was in an accident on December 17, 2021I I have reached a settlement I have yet to received anything I have reached a settlement about four or five months ago and if I call it is a problem I have read the reviews for this company and they are terrible. when I called the receptionist always tell me shes either on the phone away from her desk and if I leave a message she do not return my calls so what I am trying to do maam or sir try to find out whats going on and why I have not received my money

    My daughter's and I were involved in the slip and fall accident in April 2021. We we chose to use the Kanner and Pintaluga law firm to handle our case. We authorized the attorneys to start settlement processes in September of 2021 or around about that day. We have been given the runaround ever since. I have spoken to a few attorneys here and there will who all promised to get the case settled as quickly as possible. Here we are now in October of 2022 in the cases have yet to be settled. I even explained to the lawyers that in the last few months I have become very sick and I'm unable to work and need the settlement as quickly as possible. Please help us get this case resolved quickly.
