Five months ago, I met with the owener, ****, to talk about getting a new roof. Right off the bat, he was super helpful and he took the time to educate me on what would be best for my home, even if I didnt end up going with him. No sales pressure, just straight-up honesty.I had to put my roofing plans on hold for a few months, but **** kept in touch, checking in every now and then to see if I needed anything. Once I was ready, he made the whole process easy. He walked me through everything, answered all my (many) questions (quickly too), and kept me in the loop the entire time.When it came to installation day, I was seriously impressed. They knocked out the whole roof in one day, and the crew was nothing but professional. You could tell they actually cared about their work. They stayed late double-checking everything, put my patio furniture back exactly how it was, and even checked my driveway multiple times to make sure there werent any stray nails.I feel 100% confident in their work, and even more confident in Boaz that if there are issues, I know h*** take care of it.Super happy with my new roofwould recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat!Review from Sandy G

Firebrand roofing did an amazing job repairing my window and roof after a tornado knocked a tree into my ceiling and window causing a significant water leakage, a whole where my window used to be, and large shards of glass everywhere. They came so fast seeing as this was an emergency and were so professional. They took pictures of all the damage caused by the tornado, made recommendations, boarded up my window, ordered a replacement window, cleaned up all the glass in my living room, and gave me an estimate and their availability on when they could come back to fix all of the damages. They are amazing and what they do and extremely professional! Cant wait till they come back!Review from Cait J

********** team were able to get some extra inspections done on the roof of the home that my husband and I were under contract on. With a short window of due diligence, this was extremely important to us! Not only did Firebrand go out to the home for free, they provided a thorough quote for all necessary repairs. **** even called me after to talk me through each item on the document. We plan to use Firebrand for repairs after we close on our home. They work with integrity, professionalism, care, and wonderful customer service!Review from Nathan S

Initially, our insurance only wanted to cover 60% of the costs, but Firebrands team went above and beyond, leading discussions and ensuring that every item our policy covered was paid in full. ********** entire team were a pleasure to work with. I contacted Boaz approximately a week & half before I needed the roof replaced. He worked me into his schedule for the specific day that I needed. ****, his project manager, contacted me to let me know when the materials were going to be delivered. **** was very professional & communicated all along the project. The team arrived early & completed the project in one day as promised. They took alot of time prepping for the roof replacement & cleaning up after the roof was replaced. **** sent me pictures of the roof during the project. I will not use another roofing company. ********** team surpassed my expectations which is not something I say lightly. Thank you!

I would challenge you to find a better ********************************************* provider in the ******* area. There isn't one. From the quality of the products, the quality of the work, the knowledgeable staff and detail orientated effort from start to finish, this is not your normal roofing service. If you want something done right or you love your home, stop here and hire Firebrand.Review from Danny L

Very pleased with Firebrand Roofing. **** ***** worked diligently with my insurance company to guarantee the best settlement possible. The roofing team was also very professional and completed the work in one day, replacing both the roof and skylight windows. Highly recommend!Review from Amanda A

**** is very reliable and you can count on him to show up and complete the work. He is knowledgeable about roofing/construction, and he answered and gave solutions to all our issues with roofing and storm damage.
