I purchased two tires in September and I am now shopping for new tires after 6k miles. *** tread quickly wore away from these tires - they melt and welt away like crayon. When I contacted Kumho, ***************************** would only respond with have the tires inspected because the warranty only covers separation. Its not enough that I can see the next layer of the tire. This company does not stand behind their products, but every dealer pushes this trash on customers. ***y do not honor their customers either. Ive never had to replace tires within months of purchase.

I have a 2017 ******* Tucson with ****** mile. Since purchasing the car I have replaced all 4 tires with new Kumho tires. I'm about to replace all 4 tires again due to dry rot in the side walls. The new tires will NOT be Kumho tires.

They do not honor rebate program filed 2 times both denied with no explanation........

This company does not stand behind its product. I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2020 KIA ******** at ****** miles. 2 tires were starting to split apart and the other two were showing signs of failure. My car shook at speeds 40 and above. When I took it in to have them looked at, they advised me to NOT drive it anywhere. These were Crugen Premium 60R17 99H Tires. I called the KIA ********** and they said they could not help. I contacted Kumho Tires and got a response from one of their representatives. He said: Sorry you are having issues with your tires. All Kumho tires come with a 6-year warranty to protect the original owner against manufacturing issues. To process a warranty, claim an authorized dealer will need to submit a claim on your behalf. If the shop that replaced your tires is an authorized dealer, they can submit a warranty on your behalf. If they have any questions, they can contact us at the number below.I went to the tire shop that replaced my tires. They said they would look into it. Unfortunately, after 3 months and several calls to the tire shop, they had not submitted the warranty. I reached out to Kumho Tire again. This time I spoke with a different representative who said he would have the Warranty Assistant Manager at Kumho send me the warranty paperwork to submit on my own. This Manager was the first person I spoke with who sent me the above response about the warranty. I filled out and submitted their required warranty form with information provided to me by one of the workers at the Tire Shop. NOTE: They still had my tires at the shop. I submitted pictures of the tires as required by Kumho. I also submitted the work order for my tire replacement. All of these items along with a letter was sent by mail on 10/18/2021. On 10/25/2021 I reached out to the Manager to inquire if he gotten the forms. He responded by email that he would be back in the office 10/29/2021. On 11/8/2021, 11/15/2021 and 11/23/2021 I reached out to the Manager again with absolutely no response. On 11/29/2021 I spoke with the second representative I had spoken to about getting forms mailed to me. He didn't know why the Manager hadn't contacted me, however, he looked up my case and said my claim had been denied on 11/16/2021. Wow!!! No call from the Manager, no explanation, absolutely nothing!! This all began 7/9/2021 when I had all 4 tires unexpectedly replaced. I believe that anyone who buys a brand-new car would expect the tires to go at least ****** miles not just ****** miles. ***** is no one out there that would expect differently. All I was asking for was some compensation for having to replace all 4 tires and for the tire company and car company to take accountability for this product. This product put me and others in danger. It also appears the exact same thing has happened to others, according to the customer reviews. If you are buying a car or looking for tires, stay away from the Kumho Crugen Premium Tire.
