4 starsMy order was mixed up, instead of 10 coupons worth $100 I was sent 10 $2 coupons. after contacting them they corrected their mistake. Communication could be better, but their mistake was corrected.I really like the deals they offer.Sweetdeals.com

5 starsSweetdeals.com is a great company to work with. I had bought some gift certificates to a local restaurant and went one time and everything was good so some friends of mine wanted to try it with me and we went back within the next two weeks and the owner was there, and she said she was no longer accepting the certificates. I was very upset since I had bought eight of them. I wrote sweet deals and told him what happened. They got back to me very quickly and told me to try them again which I did and the restaurant still did not take them so now I was really mad. So contacted sweet deals again, and they looked into it and got back with me and apologized and told me they would refund the money I paid for the certificates . 5 starsOne of our favorite Restaurants closed 2 weeks after we purchased two half price certificates, I went to the Sweetdeals website and asked if there was any way they could recoup my loss since the restaurant had to know when it sold the certificates that it was closing. After only a few days they informed me that my purchase price would be refunded to my credit card, sure enough next day I see a credit on my card for the total cost of the deal. Very happy with this and all my transactions with them.Sweetdeals.com
