Paid for two items to be manufactured and shipped to me. This was in March 2022. I have emailed and called over 100 times in the last 24 months. Approx one time a month I will go to the store front. No one will answer.I doubt if they are still in business even though their name is on the door. I am giving the lowest possible grade to these people. From the reviews,I am not the only person that paid money and received no product.Initial Complaint

On August 12, 2023, I purchased from Cooks Holster online, a holster for my Glock 19. I paid $47.03 for order number *****. I was given a 12 week timeline for the product. On October 28, 2023, I sent an email asking about the status of my order. On October 30, 2023, I received an email from Cooks Holsters saying my order was now in production. I have not heard anything since or receive a product. I have emailed the company on 3/2/2024, 3/15/2024, and 4/27/2024. I have not received any response. I am requesting a full refund for $47.03. I can no longer file a dispute through PayPal or my credit card.Initial Complaint

Paid $100 for a holster on 2/12/2024. The company ***************** *** site stated there were *************************** stock. March 1 2024 I attempted contacting the company by phone. I tried all day. No one answered and message line full. I tried e-mail. All e-mail addresses lead back to the sales catalog. In August of 2023 I ordered 3 items from Cooks Holsters. It is now the end of Feb 2024 and I can get no response from them about what is going on with my order. The order said 8-10 weeks and it has now been over 7 months.Initial Complaint

Order holster with a lifetime warranty. After waiting on it for 10 months finally got it and needs some warranty work. Can't get anyone on phone or email and no website now. Don't understand what's going on with this company. Have done a lot of business with them. I want holster fixed or my money back.Initial Complaint

On 10/13/2023 I placed an order for a custom trigger guard. My order total was $33.93. I knew based on information on the website that there was an **** week wait time, which would mean a delivery around mid to late December. On 10/30/2023, I received an email identifying a status change where the product was now "In Production". In early January ****, I went online to see the status of the order, but was met with the website stating "Unavailable Due to Maintenance". I figured I would check back later. On 02/01/****, I went to the company's status link provided in the email order confirmation and the website is again stating "Unavailable Due to Maintenance". Based on other complaints identified on the BBB website, this company has stolen monies from numerous online purchasers. If a product is not going to be provided, then the money should be returned to me. No exceptions.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product in October of 2023. I received an update that my item was in production. I went to the website to see the status and the website was down for maintenance. Still is to this day, so for about 4 months it's been down. Phone lines similarly don't work at any point. They never check their ******** messages, and the owner only "works" to respond to ****** reviews and BBB complaints. My money is gone and the product is in the aether with this company. This is a scam company, nothing more.
