      I ordered several holsters and a couple other items on 2/1/23. It said they had a back log, and it could take a while to ship, but its been almost a year now. Im curious what the status of my order is? The order # is *****. They didn't have a problem charging me the $226 for my order though, which happened immediately. I'm hoping I can get an update on my order or a full refund.

      I purchased a holster as a gift for Christmas i ordered it October 21st 2023 and so far the only update was it was in production but it is now January 10, **** and i never received it or even an update

      On 7/30/2023 I placed an order for a custom holster, order #*****. Order total was $45.96. I was fine with the **** week waiting period. On 10/8/2023, I sent an email requesting a status of the order. On 10/23/23 *************** replied to my email letting me know that my oder was on the production floor and would ship next week. On 11/10/2023 still no holster, so I emailed yet again to inquire of the status of my order as well as a tracking number. Still no reply. On 12/8/2023, I requested a refund for the custom holster I ordered over 4 months ago, still no reply. I tried going to the website and the website is now conveniently "Unavailable Due to Maintenance", and I cannot find a phone number anywhere. What this company is doing to people is just WRONG. I want my money back. I will not agree to any other terms than a refund. Seems like Cooks is trying to say they have or will ship out ordered items, but people are still not getting them. Please just refund my money.

      I paid $70 for 2 holsters in AUGUST OF 2022. As of today, 18 months later they still have not been shipped. Company doesnt answer the phone and occasionally will respond to an email and promise to ship next week but they never do.

      I previously made a complaint against this business (#********). I ordered a holster August 15, 2022. As of August 17, 2023 i had not received my holster so a made the complaint with the BBB. On August 20, 2023 the company responded with "We are sorry for the oversight. We will have your order shipped out this week." I accepted this as a solution due to only having seven days to decide and I noticed on their website they had changed my status to "in production". It is now December 9, 2023 and I still don't have my holster. I gave up calling and emailing the company and now their Website has been unavailable for several weeks. I am going to accept that I will not get my holster or my money back. I would like to point out that when you take money and do not provide a product, that is considered theft not just bad business.

      Made an order April 26th, order charge posted to credit card through online system on the 27th. Site noted a lead time of several months for production and shipping. Order #***** Several months go by, no new notifications sent. Contacted business through site contact form, was notified that my order was in production. Another month goes by, no further notification. Web site is down and I am unable to check status anymore. Will be replacing order through a more reliable vendor. Requesting refund on unfulfilled order.

      On March 3rd 2023 I placed an order #***** for a holster and paid $59.95 and was given a 6 to 8 week lead time. On July 5th ************************************************************************************ 2 weeks. I emailed again about my order and was told they had moved and that cost them 2 weeks. I have emailed them since but no answer. Looking at other complaints there seems to be a pattern here.

      I orders a gun holster in April of 23 After a few months, I inquired about progress and was told, my order was already in production, a month later still nothing I emailed company and was continuously ignored, when I finally got a response, they wanted to know my order number, which I had to send to them, they should already know this if it was already being made.I sent order number and know being ghosted All I want now is my money back

      We need to have an order number so we can look the order up to see where it is at in the production line. We have many customers and thousands of orders on the production floor at the time. We do not have a way to just check an order without order information.

      Ordered gun holster from this company on 9/5/22 in the amount of $71.95 on order number *****. Their website stated **** week lead time. Received email on 12/19/22 stating holster in production. Multiple phone calls to company go unanswered every time. As of 8/31/23, no updates from company and no holster. At this point, it has been almost one year. PayPal refuses to refund since it has been greater than 180 days. Like many others on filing complaints against ****** Holsters through BBB, I feel as if I have been taken advantage of. Do the right thing and refund my money please.

      Placed order ***** on 8/1/2022. Credit card was charged, but we still have not received the products. Last email from Cooks Holsters was in December of ********************************** production.I have attempted to contact Cooks many times via email and phone. No one answers either email or phone.
