On April 25, 2022, I ordered a holster which cost $59.95 and I paid for it that same day via Paypal (Order #*****). ****** advised that the lead time would be approximately 8 to 10 weeks. When my holster did not arrive by June 27, 2022, I called ****** and was informed that the holster was on the production floor and that it would likely ship by approximately July 10. When the holster did not arrive by July 12, I emailed ****** to inquire as to the status of my order. On July 17, I received an email response indicating that the holster would be finished later that week. I subsequently emailed ****** on August 5 and August 14 again inquiring as to the status of my order. No response has yet been received to either of those emails. I attempted to call ****** on August 18. No one answered the phone and I could not leave a voicemail message because the voicemail box was full and thus not available.Initial Complaint

Place an order for a hoster on May 6 the order number is ***** the holster was $46.37 I attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions being told that the hostel was on its way or that it would leave when I requested a tracking number they were unable to give me one and now when I try to contact them they will not answer the phone. I also send them a email with their email account ************************************** and have not received a replyCustomer response

I ordered a holster from ****** holsters on 10/6/2021 and paid with my discover card via PayPal. The lead time for my holster was estimated at 8 weeks. I emailed them on 11/19 to determine the status of my order. I did not get a response. I emailed a second time on 11/30 to check on the status of my order. I received a response on 12/2/21 that my order would ship on approximately 12/15. On 12/26 I sent a third email because my holster had still not shipped. Did not receive a response. I sent emails again on 12/27, 12/30, 1/3/22, and 1/4/22. I finally received a response on 1/4 indicating that my holster would be shipping. I finally received my holster on 1/10 and it did not fit the handgun that I ordered it for. I sent an email on the same day requesting a refund. I received a response and the seller told me I could return it for a full refund. I mailed the holster back via *** Ground and the item was received on 1/18/22. I contacted the seller to confirm that they had received the return. On 1/21/22 they confirmed they would be processing my refund on 1/24/22 and it would take **** days to process. It is now 2/7/22 and I have not received my refund. I attempted contact via email on 2/4, 2/5, and 2/7 with no response. I called multiple times on 2/7 and could not get through to them. I just want my $53.91 back.
