      I placed an order with this company on August 15, 2022. At the time i believe the estimated production time was **** weeks. well after that time had passed I attempted to contact the business several times. Once I was told they had an employee shortage. I waited a while and attempted to contact again several times by email and by phone. the emails were never responded to and their phone was never answered. I think I saw a post on the internet that the business has numerous complaints similar to mine and that one person was told by the company that they were having problems with their telephone line. On December 20, ************************************************ production. The status of that order has not changed as of today. The order number is *****.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I will accept if the business actually delivers the item even though it has taken almost a year to do so. As of this reply I still have not received my holster and the only change to my status is the company has updated the "in production" date on their website from December2022 to last week when they received my complaint. I only accept due to only being given 7 days to decide.

      The company has not reached out to me in any way.

      I placed an order for a gun holster on July 13, 2022. I was told the lead time was 8 weeks. I ended getting my order the first week of November. Upon further inspection, it was not formed correctly for my gun, which had a manual safety lever. I messaged the company and they said to return the item. Once they received it, they would modify it, and ship it back to me within 2 business days (from the day it was received). **** shows my returned package to them was delivered on Dec. 22, 2022. I expected an extra couple of days on the return due to the holidays. It has now been over 1 month and I have not received my holster back from them. They have not answered any messages I have sent. They have not responded to any emails I have sent. Their phone number just rings and rings and is never answered.

      The company stated they will check into it and if I have not received my holster, they will send me a replacement.  I have not yet received anything from them.  I just didn't want to accept that response from them and then never hear anything again.

      I ordered and paid ($69.95) for a holster from this company in April 2022. They came recommended from a coworker who had a holster from them. Since April off 2022, i have sent six emails expressing my request for a refund as i have not received a holster from them yet. I have made comments on there ******** page, and was asked by them to email my order information to them. This i have done in each of my six emails. 4 of those emails were in the last 3 months. I have yet to have two way correspondence with them. I have even called, and every time I have been unsuccessful. I just want my money back at this point. This is ridiculous. They need to be done selling products.

      I placed an order for a paddle holster on 5/29/2022. The order number is *****. The order was marked as in production on June 6. I have received no further updates from Cooks and have tried to contact them through email and phone calls. they will not respond. $59.95 was paid through PayPal. It has been more than 180 days and PayPal is unable to refund my payment. I would like my payment refunded.Thank you

      I placed an order for a custom holster on June 2nd (Order# *****) and paid the order via Paypal. At the time I thought the lead time for the order was ***** weeks but looking back at the emails, it was stated as only **** weeks. Regardless, I waited until November (nearly 20 weeks) and emailed the company using the two emails I have for them. I got no response from either email. Since then, I have attempted several times to call the number listed on their website (same # listed on BBB) and I get no answer, not even a voicemail. I've purchased a holster from ****** several years ago and was very happy with it and with the service received from the company, which is why I ordered another. I would like to get the holster I ordered and paid for back in June but would settle for a refund.

      On Feb 6th 2022 I placed an order for an IWB trigger guard holster at a price of *****. With shipping I paid ***** with an order number of *****. I agreed to the **** week wait time as that was expected with this holster. June 10th, 2022 I called and was told it would be shipped out later next week, it never shipped. I have emailed and called to no response. (Voicemail is not setup and I don't think the phone number is even good) To make it worse when i goto print my invoice from the website I get just a blank screen.
