      I purchased a truck from the ******** location of Atlanta Luxury Motors at ***************************************************;On June 15th of 2024. As part of the purchase I traded in my older truck. The following month after the purchase, I received late payment notices from the prior finance company ************ saying I still owed payments on my truck I had traded in. ALM had not sent in payment. I contacted the dealership several times. They sent me to numerous automated answering services that ultimately just hung up on me. After persistent calls I finally spoke to the manager who said they had made the payment on July 3rd. I was given a corporate number and extension to call. On contacting them Friday July 26, I was told that for some reason the electronic ACH payment did not go through and they had resubmitted it. The following week I was given another notice for late payment and now my credit is affected. They still have not paid my trade in off and now I have to make two vehicle payments. ALM uses *********** to finance their car sales. I believe they are doing this to make more money on the backside of the sale.

I did not mean the business located in *********. The Gwinnett location has finally taken care of their responsibility to pay off my trade in- 6 weeks later.

      I purchased a vehicle in February 2023. During the tour of the vehicle, the salesman broke the third row latch. The contract was completed with a we owe you for the repair of the latch. To date, I have yet to have the repair. I have contacted he dealership multiple times. For the first three months I was told the part had not come in. Then it was confirmed that the part was never ordered. As of the end of July, they stated the part was on back order. It has been 7 months with no resolve. I have been unable to use the storage space ( the reason I purchased a larger vehicle) for 7 months.

      Your family could be in danger! I purchased a 3-row family vehicle, VW Atlas over the holiday for vacations. 5 days after purchase, on our first trip to ********, the check engine light came on and the *** had to be placed in the shop in ********! Thankfully it was under manufacturer warranty and the engine issue was resolved; however after inspection, the dealer said the brake pads were so worn, the rotors needed to be replaced. Additionally the tires were so bad, wire was showing. We literally could have died on our 700 mile trip. The more I think about it, the more grateful I am, we made it to ******** safely.*** said the vehicle passed all ALM inspections, if this is true, then they dont check brakes and tires, which puts your family at-risk!!! We had to pay almost $4000 getting new tires and repairs. Im writing this to inform families to be cautious about purchasing a vehicle from this company, and please please please have your vehicle inspected by a reputable dealer. This experience was a nightmare and ALM must do better!!! Bill attached. There is no way to reach corporate if you have a concern, hopefully this review will.

      I purchased a van on December 28, 2022 at the ********* location. The price for the van I purchased was listed as $23,999 on the website and I confirmed that price with Salesman ***** on the phone. When I went to purchase the van it was incredibly dirty, however it was still a good price for a van so I decided to purchase it anyway. I spent over 6+ hours at the dealership waiting for all the financial contracts to be drawn up. When I finally get back to sign everything, I was told by *** that the price of the car was actually $27,999 (this is $4,000 more than what ***** and I discussed). I was told by *** that this was due to a mandatory warranty that came with the certification process for the vehicle. I was never told about this cost in my time at the dealership or before it is also not mentioned anywhere on the website. I later found out that the warranty is not mandatory, but the $4,000 costs are due to the certification process.Important information about the vehicle's final price was withheld from me and I was told untruths about what I was purchasing.I reached out the corporate office who laughed me off.

      I bought a car from ALM. I put $3,500 down. The deal didnt go through because I was on Short term disability. They filed a stolen vehicle report on the car I purchased without warning. *** said I could get car back if provided a ********************* which I provided. I goes to get the car back a couple weeks later and they sold the car with my belongings, will not give me all or some of my down payment back and told my thats how the game goes. I been to the hospital due to the stress they have caused, *** missed work, and dont have the money to get another car. I just want my money back. Thanks if you can resolve this problem.

      I purchased this Range Rover velar earlier this year but when I look at the agreement I paid $1500 for a protective coating to be applied to my car which was never applied Ive called and asked for my money back but they keep transferring me to different people until they finally disconnect the call. I just need the $1500 back

      I purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain on ****. At the time of sale, I was told the vehicle had a safety inspection and emissions test performed, and that the Tire Pressure Monitoring light that had illuminated during the test drive had been serviced. This was told to me by two sales associates, ******* and Art.However, on April 9th, I met with ********************* to retrieve my title and sale documents. ***** informed me that they were unable to verify that the vehicle had gone through safety inspection and emissions testing because she could not locate the paperwork. However, she advised that I could get it inspected myself and ALM would reimburse the charges.When it's all said and done, the vehicle needed $798 in overall work that ALM said was taken care of but was not. Multiple attempts to contact ALM for reimbursement have gone unanswered. I'm looking for ALM to hold to their commitment to reimburse the $798 in charges related to getting the safety/emission inspections as well as correcting the shortcomings that I was told were resolved prior to sale (such as the TPMS).Inspection receipt is attached, as well as my follow *** to ALM.
