1 starI traded my infiniti for a used 22 Titan here. Salesman was ok. But when I got home I realized they didnt give me the correct key for the truck. I went back a few days later to find that they never cut the key. I also noticed the back doors and tailgate didnt lock and unlock with the key fob. They cut the key but told me they would order the actuator for the doors. Then I never heard back from anyone. I reached out to my salesman and he said they refuse to fix the locks. I wouldnt go back to this dealer or send someone there if it was the last Nissan dealer in **. **************** is the worst!!!!Review fromShawtae S

1 starOn July 23rd I had a new tire put on, my current tire had low tread. When I was leaving, I noticed my tire pressure was reading at a 2. I went to a friend's house & when I came out the tire was flat. I put air in the tire and after driving 2 miles, the tire was already losing pressure. Within an hour, the tire was flat again. In the pouring rain that night, we took the tire off and put a spare in its place. I went up to the dealership the next day & explained this to my service advisor. He told me the stem was broken & said he would go get a price. I asked "get a price for what?" I let him know that I should not be paying for it, because it was fine before I got ********** wasn't when I left." Another tire place did the same thing to my other tire's stem, but fixed it. He refused to fix it without a ******** told them to put my spare back on. The advisor pokes his head through the door & holds the key out saying to come get it. I asked him to bring it to me. He does not bring the key but goes back to his desk. I went to ask for my key. I asked for the manager & corporates number the manager was not ********** did not have corporates number. He decides to repeat himself about the valve stem. He also states that the person who changed the tire is not there & that he can't ask him. I let him know that I hear him & explained again that "this happened before when I had a tire replaced and that they aren't to touch the valve stem either, but they did break ********* fixed it the next day." He continues to go back & forth with me while some other lady that works there in a white shirt decides to stand by & nod her head with him & shake her head at me. Meanwhile, my 5-year-old son is right there. I am feeling very upset & mistreated at this time. He proceeds to tell me "I wasn't really supposed to put the tire on if it was not bought here, but I was doing you a ********** would not be affected if I call corporate. Its sad to say I cant do business in my on area.Review fromNateya S

1 starWorst car buying experience I have ever encountered. I bought my car Feb. 2024 and is now having major problems. The car has a bad turbocharger in it. It's costing me 2100 to repair it. I was told that the code were cleared at the time of my purchase. When I called they told me it's nothing I can do, since I've already signed a contract. I'm beyond furious.Review fromJesse R

My name *****. I traded my 2020 Ram **** in for a 2022 Ram **** on November 11, 2023. ****** was suppose to pay off my trade in. Ive now have made two payments on my old Ram **** in the amount totaling $1600. I am now about to make a payment on the new truck. Ive called 4 times now and cant get anyone to return my calls. I dont think this the way you operate a business. I have a bad feeling ****** will pay off the the old truck for a lower payoff amount.Conyers Nissan

1 starI was having some issues with my Nissan Armada back in Oct22 where sometimes it would crank and other times it wouldn't. When it would not crank, we would have to boost the truck off. I was told by Conyers Nissan that a brake switch needed replacing which they did the repair for $459. Fast forward 7 months later, I began having the same issue. Took the truck back to Conyers Nissan and was told the brake switch needed replacing again. Dropped the truck off on a Friday. Conyers Nissan kept the vehicle for 2 days to replace the brake switch. Picked the truck up Saturday evening and paid $283, only for the same issue to occur AGAIN Saturday night! I took the truck back on Monday (2nd time) morning and spoke with ****, the service manager. I advised him that I am being inconvenienced and needed the issue resolved for my truck. I was late for work (my time/money) and needed a rental/loaner while repairs were being completed. I was told, they do not offer rental/loaner cars. I begin to ask "how do you accommodate customers that you inconvenience?" No response received. He stated that he would get the truck looked at and get back with me. 2 hours later, I was told that a faulty part was placed on the truck on Saturday and had been replaced. I drove the truck to work and home that day, it was fine. The next day, the truck would not crank AGAIN. I drove back to Conyers Nissan (3rd time). Spoke with **** again who stated that he would have the lead tech look into the issue. They came back stating it was the battery and it would cost me $189.99 plus labor to repair. Basically you misdiagnosed. Now I'm furious. I refused to pay the cost of the battery because I had just paid on Saturday for a part that possibly did not need to be replaced. **** agreed to cover the cost of the battery and labor ($40) from the $283 that I paid on Saturday (total$229). And he would offer me a free oil change on my next visit. Free oil change? Or Prepaid? Definitely bad service. Would not recommendReview fromoscar h

1 star*************** purchased my first vehicle from Conyers Nissan mid-August of this year. Within a few days the 2018 Nissan Rogue overheated and received 2nd degree ***** on my right lower arm from the explosion of the antifreeze, when I open the hood. The salesman ***************************** took days to respond. The sales manager ******** was rude and Arrogant!!! My doctor **** was ****** dollars and he refused to reimburse me. Conyers Nissan tried to say nothing was wrong with the car and they took it through a 25-point safety check. I told them I didn't want the vehicle and I want my car I traded in (ES 350 Lexus) back. He told me no because they sold my car. I was really shock because it was only a few days after I traded my car. Kildrick give me only two choices, keep the car the was messed up or purchase another vehicle from them. They found another car for me (Nissan Altima) within a month it messed up. Catalyst ********************* and Core are the things wrong with the vehicle. The total cost is ********. Conyers Nissan said they will not cover the cost of the repairs. I have to pay the bank ****** a month for a non working car that Conyers Nissan sold me.Review fromMs L

The salesperson made her feel she had to buy the vehicle in fact kept saying some people can't buy a vehicle. We left with vehicle had no gas in it and so in Short the next day we took the vehicle back No know ever got the general manager. We gave the vehicle back called the finace company which they made like they didn't know the number and we let them no situation. 1 starI purchased my 2021 Kicks after an auto accident, it was a very good experience, so when ************** called me on Oct. 27, 2022 and told me I could upgrade and had been pre-approved through Nissan Finance, (same company finance my 2021) that I wouldn't need to put a down payment. I express my concerns on receiving the same financing that I already had with the monthly payment in the same price range. ****** stated he could do this on a upgrade of the Kicks I originally wanted after the auto accident. Once at the dealership, the monthly payment change $9 more, I accept that, thinking it's a 2023 that would be ok. Once in with ******** S in finance, the amount changed again, due to GAP program (which ****** didn't mentioned wasn't already included in the total he showed me, and the maintenance program was not with this car). The finance took so long, (I arrived around 1 and left around 7 pm) I finally read all of the paperwork that Thursday night and discovered everything ****** told me was not there in contract, I called Friday morning and told him I was not pleased with the contract. I spoke with ******** in Finance and expressed this as well. I told both I wanted to return the car and get my 2021 back. ******** stated my 2021 balance was already paid off and I couldn't get my car back, but he would check the interest rate to purchase the 2023 back and re-do the finance at a lower rate on November 13 which was Sunday, so I called him on November 14. Now, no calls returned from ********. Both he and ****** misled, gave half truths, mis-represented Conyers Nissan badly, I recommend two customers to ******. I will never recommend Conyers Nissan to anyone ever again.Review fromFlora M

1 starthe very very poorly experienced I had at nissan car dealership in conyers, Georgia. I took my car there for a Cadillac convertible service for $1900. When I got it back they forgot to take the code out, I had to take my car back to them the 2nd time. Then about 2 weeks after my hot light came on that never came on before until they put the Cadillac convertible on. So I took my car again so they could fix it they said that I need a thermostat so they charge me over $500 dollars the 3rd time. That was not the problem the hot light came back on. When I took it back the 4th time they told me the reason why I had to bring my car back was because it was air in the line. Then next 2 days the hot light can back on. They told me to bring it back the 5th time so I did. I sat there then the employee **** told me they think it was the Valve water assembly. So I sat there for 8 hours, they charge me *****. The next day the hot light came back on. Then they wanted me to bring back my car again the 6th time .If this is a real dealership they should've fixed my car the first time and not having me to keep coming back up there and charging me giving me the run around.on top of that they won't refund my money for not fixing the problem. that's is wrong especially with my time trusting that they would fix my car and they didn't. They won't answer phone I left message for the manager to call. Now I'm hurt because I took my car to them 6 times I want my money back because my car still not fix so please be aware I will not take my car there again. Becareful Taking your car there they are very dishonest and can not be trusted. Currently I still have the same problem UNFIXED . I give them 0 starsReview fromChina B
