    June 19, 2024, I had my car towed to Conyers Nissan & left it in the care of *******************, a service provider. ***** had the technician to remove my transmission, per my request, in an effort to replace it with one that I had purchased. The part that I purchased was defective & returned. I have another mechanic who was able to source the part & install the it. On Saturday, July 6, 2024, I conferred with ************************ mechanic that the original transmission did not have to be placed back into the car in order for it to be rollable. I specifically expressed that I did not want the old transmission put back into my car. On Monday, July 8, 2024, I spoke with ***** and specifically asked if the transmission was left out of the car and subframe reinstalled. He informed me that they went against my directives & placed the old part into my car without my *************** authorization. They made this decision on the assumption that I would hold them liable should anything happen to my car in transport. I informed them that they did not communicate and that they were not authorized to perform any work on my car without first speaking to me. Placing that part back into my car means that my mechanic will have to charge full labor price for the job at $1800 instead of the $950 that it would have taken if they had left the part. As a result, I will have to pay an additional $1000 in labor costs, plus $375 to Nissan for removing the transmission to begin with. Additionally, ***** & his supervisor ***********************, were not apologetic nor helpful regarding the matter. They have put me on hold & did not return to the phone, did not answer my calls, or let the phone ring. I have contacted the General Managers ***************************************** & am waiting on a call back. At this point, I have lost an additional week on my car repair. ***** admitted that they didn't contact me, but refused to document this on the notes section of the invoice.

    On July 23rd I had a new tire put on, my current tire had low tread. When I was leaving, I noticed my tire pressure was reading at a 2. I went to a friend's house & when I came out the tire was flat. I put air in the tire and after driving 2 miles, the tire was already losing pressure. Within an hour, the tire was flat again. In the pouring rain that night, we took the tire off and put a spare in its place. I went up to the dealership the next day & explained this to my service advisor. He told me the stem was broken & said he would go get a price. I asked "get a price for what?" I let him know that I should not be paying for it, because it was fine before I got ********** wasn't when I left." Another tire place did the same thing to my other tire's stem, but fixed it. He refused to fix it without a ******** told them to put my spare back on. The advisor pokes his head through the door & holds the key out saying to come get it. I asked him to bring it to me. He does not bring the key but goes back to his desk. I went to ask for my key. I asked for the manager & corporates number the manager was not ********** did not have corporates number. He decides to repeat himself about the valve stem. He also states that the person who changed the tire is not there & that he can't ask him. I let him know that I hear him & explained again that "this happened before when I had a tire replaced and that they aren't to touch the valve stem either, but they did break ********* fixed it the next day." He continues to go back & forth with me while some other lady that works there in a white shirt decides to stand by & nod her head with him & shake her head at me. Meanwhile, my 5-year-old son is right there. I am feeling very upset & mistreated at this time. He proceeds to tell me "I wasn't really supposed to put the tire on if it was not bought here, but I was doing you a ********** would not be affected if I call corporate. Its sad to say I cant do business in my on area.
