    Mrs. ***** was MARVELOUS! From the first day I walked into her shop inquiring about her services up to the day she installed my locs!! Although the process was tedious for Mrs. ***** I had a wonderful experience, I got ********************** as she worked tirelessly on my locs. She also gifted me with loc spray and oil for my hair. I left the shop feeling brand new! Legacy Loc is a 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

    Exceptional Service and Stunning Results at Legacy Locs!I recently visited Legacy Locs for loc extensions, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious, with a salon that is impeccably clean and comfortable.The professional team at Legacy Locs truly went above and beyond. The stylist who worked on my locs was not only incredibly skilled but also kind and had a genuinely sweet spirit. They took the time to ensure every detail was perfect, resulting in beautifully installed loc extensions that exceeded my expectations.The entire experience was 5-star from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Legacy Locs to anyone looking for top-notch service and stunning results. I will definitely be returning in the future!

    Legacy Locs is an amazing black owned business that I absolutely love to order my locs from. Every time I place an order with them, I am always impressed with how fast their shipping is and how accurate my order is. The locs themselves smell amazing and are always just what I ********** thing that I really appreciate about Legacy Locs is how clear they are in their terms and conditions. They specify exactly when I can expect to receive my locs after placing an order, which I find to be very helpful and reassuring. I never have to worry about when my locs will arrive because I know that Legacy Locs has it all under control.Overall, I would never even think about ordering my locs from anywhere else besides Legacy Locs. Their products are top quality, their shipping is fast and reliable, and their customer service is fantastic. I am so grateful to have found this black owned business and I will continue to support them for as long as I have locs. Legacy Locs is truly the best!.

    Hair was good quality and came more quickly than expected received in less than a week. I ordered 100 locs and only received 60 locs. I reached out to vendor first by email (no response) and then text which is I did get an immediate response. I was asked to:Would you be so kind to provide a clear detailed pictures of:1)the locs out of the sheer bag 2)picture of the hand written details listed inside the small tab that was attached to the locs 3)picture of your order receipt that was inserted in between the pamphlet I did all that was asked of me. My response was:Our orders do go through 3 different quality checks and inspections before final preparations before shipment. The locs were counted before label is created and each time we counted 10 bundles which was high lighted on order ************ written on tab attached to locs.Maybe you can contact your financial institution to file a dispute.Please keep us updated.It was also stated no refunds - all I asked for what the remainder of the order that I paid for but the vendor continued to state that order went through quality checks and that I received my full order. I am now disputing the amount of the undelivered merchandise through my bank.

    After customer reached out about this matter, management did investigate and realized the mistake was on our end. We reached back out to customer apologizing about this mistake, and wanted to ship the remaining locs, but customer responded back that they no longer need. We promptly issued a refund back to customer Affirm account for the missing bundles.
