    The service when buying a vehicle from Beaver is immaculate, but once youre a customer, its like Dr. ****** and Mr. ***** I purchased a VW Atlas from Beaver 13 months ago with ****** miles; now it has ******* Recently, a coolant warning light appeared, so I scheduled an appointment. On Thursday, March 12th, my wife took the car in at 10:30 AM, expecting a quick fix. Instead, she wasnt able to leave until after 5:30 PM. Three technicians spent eight hours diagnosing a coolant leak, dismantling various components before identifying the issue. During this time, my wife was left waiting without any offer of a loaner vehicle or even basic amenities. We were initially relieved, thinking our 100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty would cover the repair. However, on ******, ***** from the service department informed me that the issue was considered wear and tear and wouldnt be covered, costing us $2,000. This contradicts what we were told at the time of purchasethat everything would be covered under the warranty. Adding to our frustration, despite assurances that parts were ordered on Thursday, we were later told on Friday that they were ordered that day, delaying the repair further. This experience has severely eroded our trust in Beavers integrity and reliability. I am now contemplating trading in this vehicle to avoid future issues that may have been overlooked or misrepresented. I will never buy another vehicle from Beaver and will remove their decal from my car. If asked about their service, my response will be, *************

    ****************** did not tighten the lug nuts on my daughters vehicle and caused her to have an accident. Im lucky she is alive. The manager and owner take no responsibility when another Toyota dealership has investigated and found that it was their carelessness that caused her accident. They continued to come up with all kinds of excuses. Blamed my 19 year old daughter for not knowing her lug nuts were coming loose. All of them on every tire. Terrible people work at Beaver Toyota. Please dont let them put your children at risk. Avoid this place. No ethics and no conscience.

    Mr. ******** first off we are glad your daughter was not injured as that is what matter's most. We are truly sorry this has happened, There are a few facts that are important to mention, first no one ever blamed your daughter for not knowing her lug nuts were coming loose. That was never said as it would be an absurd accusation. Your vehicle was serviced with us on August 14th 2024, the wheel came off Oct 16th 2024. That is two months later, but the vehicle also had ***** miles more on it since the service. If the lug nuts were loose at the time of service, what happened to the vehicle would of certainly happened much sooner than 2 months and more importantly within the 1000 miles. We are unsure what the other Toyota Dealer is telling you, but when we spoke to them they said "we are having a hard time believing in took 1000 miles for this to happen". With that said, we believe it would be fair to say that anything could of happened within the 1000 miles for this to happen, especially with the vehicle being shipped from ******* to **** after the service. Even with those facts stated, we have turned your claim over to our insurance company.

    Terrible customer service. Horrible service department. Lied to me about service performed on my vehicle, when questioned, the story changed and they then said they didnt do the work, but they charged me for the work. When questioned about charging me for the work they said they didnt do, I was told a manager would call. Its been months. No phone call came.

    Very poor service in the service department. I had an appointment today to have service on my Toyota. I waited over 30 minutes just to check-in. Then for the next 1.5 hours I saw my car going around without getting the service done. Different drivers drove around the building with the car until they parked it somewhere outside. After two hours, I asked the service advisor to bring my car and I left. This dealership is extremally overwhelmed and service is suffering greatly. I will not come back to Beaver Toyota since I know now they will rush the service and mistreat the car.

    Very disappointing service at Beaver Toyota! If you want to go to a dealership that does not value your time, Beaver Toyota is the place! I specifically asked to be called if a part for a recall would not be in stock when I came in for an appointment (so I would not have to waste my time) and guess what, when I took a half day off of work to come in for an important recall, the part was not in stock! Beaver Toyota seems to not care about providing a quick phone to update customers, now Ill never get back my time in addition to the valuable time off work that I now can not get back.

    Basically this place is what dealerships are all like that I've found . A bunch of guys who pretend they are nice and give a c*** about helping you out but in reality they care about the money and making the sale ,period. I did have a decent buying experience from this store but unfortunately the service department and another friends absolutely horrible experience at this dealer has left a bad taste in my mouth. My car was in for an oil change and diagnostic and they gave a quote that was about as much as the car is worth. Also kinda funny they didn't mention anything about an oil leak when last I had it in it was so bad that they wanted to charge me about 600 to find out the location of the leak to fix it but guess it since fixed itself by magic. So kinda makes me wonder what is honestly needing repairs and what they are just trying to get away with lying to make money. Not to mention after looking up the parts they said were needed online I couldn't belive the amount of markup they charge . Granted they gotta make money I get it but wow they are still charging way to much for parts .labor is very high for the amount to time it takes to do the repairs . $70 for a lighbulb!? Out of you mind to think I'm that stupid ,ill glue a tap light to my car b4 I'd pay them that! (Not really but you get my point) Having a second opinion by a trusted mechanic of a ***** so I'll update this when I find out what they tell me the issues are.I just don't like places that act shady like them ,so be carefuI if u do buy or service here.

    Beaver charged me $1107 for work that should have cost $200. It was a simple 60k service on a 2017 RAV4. See true cost: ************************** **************************************************** We are appalled and want a refund asap from these charlatans.

    This would be the 2nd time we purchased a vehicle from Beaver Toyota. Purchased the car on September 4th, 2023 and here we are December 1st, 2023 still with no title making the car Undrivable. Beaver Toyota management (*******, ****, *****) was very hard to get in contact with and if we were lucky enough to they would ghost you after. Beaver Toyota only looked out for themselves and not trying to actually help the costumer that was having the issue with the title due to them not being able to obtain the title. It was all smoke and mirrors just to seem like they did all they could when in reality they did nothing. I personally would not buy another vehicle from a dealership that prides themselves on costumer service and with the slogan we are here to WOW you. when in reality when an issues comes up they only really care about what is best for Beaver and not the costumer.

    They advertise that they'll exchange your car if you don't like it with in 30 days or a ***** miles. I assumed your deposit would follow you to the exchanged vehicle as well. I've read over everything and haven't seen anything anywhere in all my paperwork stating that if you exchange your car with in 30 days that you will loose all money you paid down on the car your exchanging for Even on there exchange policy paperwork it doesn't mention anything about what happens to your cash deposit. They give you the full amount you gave for the car after your deposit has been taken from the purchase price, so why don't they apply your cash deposit to the car you exchange for? Sounds like someone just pockets the deposit instead.Also I took my exchanged camary in for first oil changed. The sales manager talked me into trading my camary in on a 2023 RAV in which the loan didn't get approved under the terms they offered me.So I texted saying I'll bring RAV back and get my 2023 camary back. Didn't happen because they said they sold it with out My new deal being confirmed and done.I was forced to by a hybrid Corolla when I told them I didn't want or like it, I wanted my 2023 camary back!! Now 3 weeks & ***** miles later this Corolla is not running as it should. (Transmission issues)I asked ***** for my previous sales person, he replied no I've got my top sales person I'm going to put you with.They stole my $10,000 deposit, refused to let my previous sales person continue being my sales person and wouldn't show me any car I said I liked and wanted to look at.I feel discriminated against & taken advantage of, because I am a single woman and didn't have a male companion there with me to help me back my words up saying just give me my 2023 camary back.In which they put my camary online for sale just soon as I left the dealership that day.I requested to speak with the ** and he has yet to try get n touch with me to resolve the issue.
