First let me make sure I get everything correct as I was told that I if I leave a negative review, I would be sued for defamation of character.I reached out to DRL on August 23rd about the project..... On 9/24 heard from them to push out the start of the project to 10/3, then 0n 10/7 I had to reach back out to see the status of the project, and he was short staffed due to an "Emergency".The next day came along and he asked to get things dropped off, I expressed our frustration by sending him a text message that said "This is frustrating as we had somebody ready to complete it two weeks ago. I will get back to you at some point tomorrow. I'll let you know if we decide to continue"That's where things went sideways quickly. Instead of addressingmy concerns professionally, the contractor began making personal remarks about my character, even going so far as to send me a screenshot of a negative review about my own businessand text it over to me to try to support his point of view. (Which is mind blowing considering I was personally hiring him, this had nothing to do with my company, so why would reviews from my company be applicable).He goes on to tell me that "I'm an angry person" and "You've obviously had a bad day". Going on to tell me "Don't play victim you're coming at me.", and "Not every client is right, contractors have a right to speak as well". I was also told I should have good lawyers because if I choose to write a review about this company addressing any of the concerns that I have I would be sued. Then probably my favorite text message of the hour long message exchange is when he sent me a message "If you can't be a man and argue over the phone without trying to go at somebody's company, then you are a wussy of a man".This experience was shocking, and it left me without a completed walkway or a clear sense of **** service quality. For anyone considering DRLScape, I recommend careful consideration to avoid a similar situation.

I HIGHLY recommend **** and DRLscape! After contacting countless companies around the ****** area, I was delighted to find such a personable, communicative, and competitively-priced company that could handle both fencing and also landscape work. While others had shied away from the massive overgrowth on our old fence, **** and his team had the equipment needed to knock the job out efficiently. Additionally, the fence team worked so hard and did a great job installing our new fence correctly with great attention to detail. I am so glad we found them and are very happy with our new space!
