We were very impressed with the overall service of the crew.Every was very nice and professional. Clean up was great.**** was very helpful and made the process easy.We would certainly recommend RRG roofingto anyone.Review from Bea F

Very displeased with this business. A job quoted to take one day possibly two took a total of 3 hours. Crew could barely communicate and did a shoddy job. Left behind a mess Office will not provide a itemized bill for the job so I'm unable to file home owners insurance.I don't believe the crew sent to my home were covered under workers comp.I will not recommend this business

*** has no record of a complaint that was not addressed with the customer. There are lots of notes in our system showing effective communication with the customer and a job well done. There is always a *** employee available to communicate with customers on the job and ALL of our crews are covered by workers compensation insurance. This is a review from left field that the customer never shared these concerns with us. The only issue we at *** have is we were unable to schedule a quality control visit to wrap up the job as we would normally.Review from Christy M

I believe the first contact person you converse with is so important and can make or break your next move when inquiring about a service you're looking for. RRG must know this first hand having *********** answering their phone and setting up appointments. She was professional yet very personable too! I have to admit I went with another company because RRG wouldn't have an opening for 6 weeks and I couldn't wait that long. I also have to say ******** price of putting a sealant on my mobile home cost more than the 30-year warranted shingle roof including my porch that I ended up going with. It looks amazing and was completed in one day! Kudos to Desi Ray for being so genuine and sweet. In the end, the price made my choice to go to a competitor easier.Roofing Resources of Georgia, LLC Response

I want to assure all staff at RRG Roofing and anyone interested in help with their roof that this is a fine, honest, and efficient company. At no cost to me the company sent a polite, knowledgable employee, *****, who did a thorough inspection with pictures and explained I needed nothing done.You just do not often find this today in a business nor individual. I had a roof leak in my kitchen and I called RRG and they came out asap and there employee ******* was amazing. He found the leak spot on were it was coming from and it was not the best of days to go on a roof but he did what he had to do so the problem would get corrected and he was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was in order and everything was fixed before he left my house. RRG installed gutter helmets in JAN 2022. They did a great job. We had an issue in May 2022 and they repaired it promptly. Cimmaron was quite helpful and kept us well informed. ***************************** is a superstar. He returned calls promptly, followed up on the work and was easy to work with. RRGs team is great.
