    Avoid doing business with this company unless you are prepared to be ripped off and treated poorly. I was waiting for an estimate, and the work was done without a phone call or knock on the door. They had to come back three more times to actually do what I needed to be done, and then I was charged an arm and a leg. When I asked for an itemization of the bill, I found out that they charged me multiple service calls (when this was not agreed to on the phone) and gas. I simply needed an arm removed in order to redo the masonry work the arm was connected to. When I asked why removing the arm cost double the masonry work, the owner got rude and lied stating that I was aware of the cost upfront. He then threatened to remove the arm again if I did not pay him. This is not good business. This company does not deserve to be in business. Customers deserve better. If I could give a negative star I would.

    This dude is a ***** and a Liar, he will set you up to fail, he shows up with out letting you know, he never shows you the problem or the part that he claims is lightning has burnt, The worst **************** Ever. He comes out to fix a problem with the gate system, but he makes sure that its set up wrong, so he can come back the next day and charge a trip charge for something he purposely set up to fail over and over again. Please stay away or run when you see him pull up to your Gate ,he's trouble with a attitude and just pure evil, I will write to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau in order to stop this Monster.

    This is not the "top-quality services at affordable rates" that was offered online. I am gravely disappointed especially with my attempt to support a locally owned business.Office assistant or customer service rep was impertinent. She was willing to over complicate my request to contact and identify the manager. Her tone was neither polite nor friendly and could be described as hostile.The Company practices feel a bit unethical. They were not upfront regarding pricing. We inquired about fees multiple times to no avail.UPDATE **** July 20 at 9:50 AM Here are the key points from our 14 minute call.He lacks proper customer service skills There are NO upfront transparent pricing practices **** said I didn't ask when I called for pricing so he didn't tell me.However we did inquire with the technician at the property several times.1 price was quoted $250 (text proof) however **** would not honor and charged $350 for remote instead.I was insulted and called insane during the call.Now I understand why the receptionist had such a nasty disposition, her boss carries the same energy. Following our call he called my husband and **** a different tune and was less aggressive when talking to him. RESOLUTION Please come get your hardware that was not completely installed, not worth the $1440 headache.
