    This company has an awful product and knows it...they don't have a return address on the packaging or inside the package for this reason. They don't want the c*** back do NOT order from this business!!

    Received my order. Horrible fit. No support. Wish I'd read the return policy before ordering. They will only refund 30% of your money if you want to return. Full refund only if the product is damaged. Don't waste your money.

    Do NOT purchase bras from Luciana! I ordered wrong size wanted to do a return but can't because they took a while to answer me and said you only have 7 days to do a return for a refund! Never heard of such a thing through a nail order! I think they make their own rules so they don't have to give back refunds and now I'm stuck with 2 bras u can't use! I gave them a 1 star but really they should have none!!

    Took over a month to get the bras (came from *****) and upon arrival did not fit at all. They were not as described. Gave me a partial refund but I was not happy with their settlement. Will never order from them again. Had I known they were coming from ***** I would never have ordered. ****** learned!!

    Horrible bras that are way too small and cheaply made. Only a 7-day return policy, and then they don't allow returns even then. They deserve zero stars! Made in ********. They take 3 weeks to arrive and have the nerve to give only a 7-day return policy which they don't even honor then. They advertise full satisfaction guaranteed.

    This company is misleading and false. After ordering 2 bra's and spending almost $50, the bra's are horrible. They have no support, barely cover my b****** and are of poor quality. After trying to fill out the return form, its useless. They refuse to give me a full refund and want me to try other sizes. Be aware. If I could give a no star I would.

    I ordered a bra, which I saw on a FB add, first mistake! When it arrived, I tried it on, and what a joke! It is made of flimsy material. It had no support whatsoever! My b****** hung practically down to my navel! When I called to receive a refund, I was told that is not their policy. They will only refund your money if the product is damaged. The will replace it with a different size though! Really! The young ladies advertising the products must be a size 2 with little to no breasts! Very disappointed in a company that is US based so they say! I guess you get what you pay for, I am glad I only ordered 1.

    Poor quality! They are a scam!! I am a 36c and they sent a XL. In no universe is that a XL. Won't refund money. DO NOT ORDER **** THEM. ONLY GET ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING.

    Buyer beware! Product cheaply constructed, flimsy fabric, not supportive as shown in ads, different color than shown in ads, reeks of strong chemical odor. Have made several attempts to contact customer service via email. Had one response - they requested I send additional info via email. The email address they gave is bogus - it came back as undeliverable.
