      We had a sales representative come to our home and he wouldnt leave with out a sale. He was predatory and over bearing. The vaccine has not worked for over a year and I cannot get them to repair both of my vacuums even though they gave me a 5 year warranty.They have ruined my credit and are not upgrading to their responsibility.

      We recently about 2 months ago. Had a gentleman. Come to our home, I won a free machine. He ended up talking ** into the rainbow Larger the vacuum machine, since we have gotten it, we've had nothing but problems with trying to make on time payments, they have messed up our contract. The agent that came to our house will not accept any of our phone calls or text messages, and now, when we go on the website, it says that they're not taking payments. It's messing up our credit. I have 5 kids. I cannot afford this problem, and it's not fair. Also, the website does not work the scan code on the paper that they gave us does not work. And when you call the phone number, it does not work anymore. This is really upsetting. I cannot have this effect to my credit. We have been nothing but good customers. We have tried to do all the right things. I have message the agent that personally came to our home and sold us the machine. I am not getting any answers or responses. No one will cooperate. I have video of us trying to call and the phone number longer works. I have video and picture of the scan on our contract no longer working. The company has not cooperated with us in any way. I want to speak to somebody to resolve this issue immediately, please..

      We have been paying on this vacuum for almost two years and the payment has not gone down at all its killing us financially we cannot keep paying upwards of $250 a month when our balance never goes down.

      I have bought this vacuum cleaner based on the salesman telling me that I could do a special program called the 12 and 2 which is 12 demos and two sales to get my product for free I did what they required to do and unfortunately after completing the demos and selling the product I'm supposed to retrieve a check for your month of what the vacuum cleaner is and unfortunately I just keep getting the runaround and if I don't pay the amount off within one year with the deadline is coming up in January 21st then I'll obligated to pay the entire balance of the vacuum cleaner been trying very hard to resolve this issue with the company and the salesman to no avail I need help with this situation and people need to know what's going on with this company and how they are getting over on the consumer please help help

      Less than 1 year ago we paid ******* for a rainbow vacuum that was suppose to be under warrenty . The first couple days they were very responsive and bow that our vacuum is still under warrenty and stopped working properly no one will call us back. This is the biggest rip off. We have been lied to about everything. We spent over ******* on a vacuum that doesn't work. It's wrong and they should be put out of business. We need someone to help us.

      I had someone come for a demo and i bought the product, they told me that if i sold 2 then they would pay it off for me, they lied since then ive been to numerous demos and sold some to my friends and family members not only that this was placed on my credit and im supposed to make the first initial payment next month. *** booked numerous demos and they stated they never seen those demos in the app. I told them they are full of s*** and are scammers and I was going to file a lawsuit against them , since then Ive tried to contact them and cant get a hold of anyone. They are running a scam.

      Return of product, remove charges. Hello, this company has deceived my mother who is elderly and has no income with the exception of her a small SS disability payment. This company tricked my mom into getting their product making her believe she would not have to buy anything in the long run. These sales practices on seniors is a shame. The total amount for this vaccum is $3275 and she has already paid about $1800 (most interest rates) still owing $2685. Please note my mother is unable to make these decisions and I am not certain how they were able to approve her and give her a vaccum when she does not even have a rug in her home to use it. I would like to return this vaccum and have any further charges on this removed from her account. These sales practices are very deceptive and they target those who do not truly understand these are pyramid schemes and what they are getting into. It has been a very long time and unfortunately, I was unaware of this to stop it immediately. Please contact me to resolve this. My mother barely has funds to live and you all are taking a large percentage of it.

      I have been trying to work with this company for several months for them to rectify an issue that is caused by their employee. They refuse to try to rectify the issues policing my email below that I sent to the corporate office. I still have been met with no resolution after months trying to fix this issue fix this issue. I have the owner on recording recognizing that this is a company fault issue but she still refuses to rectify the problem. I was sold an item from her company from her employee under false pretenses She herself fired an employee as he has done that to several of their customers who now all have issues. she recognizes the fault of her employee even states that she's taking him to court herself But yet does not see that her company is responsible for his false information that he gave to customers. false information to gain her company business and revenue . I have tried all I can for months now with this company now I am taking it to the corporate level and legal action as it effected my personal life credit score in the middle of trying to purchase a home. See email below sent to their corporate office Phone: **************. FAIR WARNING RUN DO NOT WORK NOR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! RAINBOW IS A SCAM!!!! THEY ALSO FUNCTION UNDER REXAIR LLC. DO RESEARCH I DIDNT NOW I DID THEY HAVE HORRIBLE RECORDS OF THESE SCAMS.I am writing an email today to ask your company to rectify an issue that is no fault of the consumer. There are illegal activities and fraudulent activities happening at the location provided below. Multiple consumers are being manipulated and fraudulently pressured into purchasing the rainbow vacuum under false pretenses by a representative who is hired by this company location again listed below. I have four months been trying to work with the company to rectify the issue as I am the consumer. The company owner **** refuses to have a professional conversation without getting emotionally elevated. On recorded phone call **** has admitted that she is aware that she had an employee who was selling these rainbow vacuums under false information, And I was one of the victims of that. **** the owner recognizes that I was a victim and understands that **** even asked me if I would go to court to testify against her employee. As a consumer it is not my problem nor my issue to be involved at that level. But as a consumer it is up to the company and their legal responsibility to rectify the issue if they hire somebody with their company who falsified information. I legally am not responsible for any contracts that was created under false pretenses. **** is aware that I was never given any contract information **** is aware that there was no information given to me as well as other consumers who've also dealt with this particular employee. I have text messages and recorded calls to support all my evidence to move forward. Right after receiving the rainbow demonstration in purchasing the vacuum, I had spinal surgery. **** is aware that this rainbow vacuum has been in the box and has only been used as a demo. I am not legally obligated to abide by a contract that was sold under false pretenses and that I would like them to rectify the issue cancel the contract And I am willing to even return the rainbow vacuum in its brand-new form. As I stayed again, I had spinal surgery and have never been able to use the vacuum. Now I'm getting harassment calls from their contract company who don't even go by the **************** laws in order to collect a debt when this company calls, they are almost like thugs and gangsters the way they speak to you is unprofessional. However, it makes sense since **** the owner doesn't speak professionally as well, I also have those calls recorded. I will not be submitting all my evidence in this email because I may need to take legal action against this company. I will submit one phone call recording just to show that I do have these records. The owner ********************* she is aware of the consumer rights and recognizes her fault as the company owner . however again refuses to rectify the issue. here is the email below that I sent to corporate office I also have text messages to also support my information as well as recorded calls. I am asking rainbow to rectify their issue with an employee that they chose to hire who is out here selling rainbows and getting people under false pretense contracts. No information was given to us after purchase. This representative was going as far as to pay people's down payments in their first month's payment just to get them to buy these vacuums. As I stated I have **** the owner on recorded stating she is aware that he was lying to us the consumer and that she herself is taking him to court, Yet the burden still falls on the consumer????I ask that this company cancel the contract submit records to all three creditors to fix my credit score as it is dropped tremendously since this issue has occurred.       I finished my demo program within 2 weeks of the agreement. They promised to refund my money and yo pay off my machine. I have made 8 payments now. The ********** store will not return my calls, the owner **** has read my messages but hasn't returned my call. I have contacted *********** whom it's financed through and they said this company never contacted them to pay the loan off. I forward them the emails and text messages from the company. I still haven't gotten my refund. They owe me over $1,000.00 now and they are still drafting monthly payments from my account
