They used their delaying tactics for me not to be able to return the equipment. They did not tell me what should I do to retuen it then they do not answer my calls. Their staff are rude.

SCAM! They lied to me about the return policy. They are liars and I will ****

I was taken in by an offer on ******** of a free air mahine for letting them do a demo in my home. So we set up a ************* to do the demo. The lady came out and did a walk thur of how the system works. She then started to quote the price and how to finance the system. She then got my credit approved. She then offered me a lower interest rate but she i would have to accept this offer today only. She clearly stated that i had so many hours to cancel my contract by contacting her by a phone number that she provided. This was on a Saturday so on that Monday i decided to call her to cancel the contract. So i started blowing up her phone not ****** her to answer all i was ****** was her voice mail had not been set up. I have never been able to get in touch with her.

8/6/21 a friend done a demo at my house, after watching the demo I and my fianc decided that I would do the 21/2, seems easy enough NOT! The *********** ** office is not the most friendly or helpful people they are rude and stuck up! I was given very strict limitations on who I could do demos for has to be a certain age, has to be a couple, has to have jobs, has to own land or their own home and more I cant think of. I was told by my rep ********************* that if at least two of the qualifications were met I would be fine. Because really who in their 20s owns land or a home in this world? I dont but he said they can be renters most people rent well I sold 3 and done all my demos. I got to send the verification email and waited almost a month no reply contacted my rep he told me he would get in touch with who ever and get back to me, weeks go by nothing try to contact him again nothing!! Finally I get a corporate number and let them know what is going on literally 3 months after my time was up I finally get it sent in and they try to say that 6 didnt qualify because they were renters contacted corporate again and get the most rude man ever never got a name and still couldnt get answers to why that happened its all a scam they set way to high of standards for a stupid vacuum that barely works anyways! I wish I never done the 12/2 or got the vacuum in general its been nothing but a headache, also they are giving me 3 weeks 3 WEEKS!!! To replace them I dont know that many people plus all the towns surrounding *********** ** mostly have had a demo or own a vacuum how am I supposed to do it?? I work 7-5 and have a small child its ***** impossible they expect too much I want a refund and they can have the stupid vacuum cleaner back I dont want it! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING THIS VACUUM its not worth it they all do the same thing run it constantly and still find dust and dirt everywhere
