      Very disappointed with the Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company adjuster Eric L***. His attitude was horrible from the first conversation with him. I was told by Eric L*** that they only have two adjusters for the State of Georgia .I requested to work with another adjuster but was told that they had no one else available . I told him about his negative attitude and also told this to our insurance agent, AJ F**** and to other company employees. He told me ,in so many words, that my claim would be denied the minute he stepped into our house because of where I live which is in **** ***** Ga. He made a decision on his own that everyone in **** ***** has a water problem with their basement. Our claim was denied because of Eric L*** and an Engineer he sent to our house to determine where the water came from and it turns out not be the truth. I have proof to show them what our problem was and where the water came from. We are still fighting trying to get our claim paid after paying this insurance company for so many years our premiums. I will never again recommend this company to anyone due to our own personal experience. The service with this company so far has been a nightmare..

      **. ******’s home was inspected by a GFB claims representative and water damage was found to be caused by ground water seeping into the basement.  On April 15, 2024, we notified **. ****** that ground water is not covered by the policy.  After **. ****** voiced her concerns about these findings, GFB engaged a structural engineer who concluded the damage was caused by surface water entry through the foundation. 

      **. ****** contacted GFB on June 3, 2024, to report that a dehumidifier in the basement has been leaking and is the source of the water damage.  In response to this new information, we have agreed to send a second claims representative out to inspect the dehumidifier.

      FbAlliance canceled my insurance but received the renewal check from my bank. I have called 3 times and no check has been mailed. Can someone please get my check to me so I can update my escrow account?

      April 12, 2023 Beter Business Bureau Business ID: ******* Re: Jaworski W****** Policy #: *********** To Whom It May Concern, FBAlliance received duplicate payments from Jaworski W****** mortgage company at the beginning of the term, effective date 01/18/2022. The initial check was received on 01/24/2022 and the second check was received on 02/01/2022. Both checks were in the amount of $1,522. A refund was issued on 02/11/2022 in the amount of $1,522. The refund check was never received or cashed, and FBAlliance received the check in return mail. Email was sent to the agent on March 17th, 2022, regarding the return mail/check, but a response was not received. Insured called March 21st, 2023, to discuss the pending refund and a new check was issued and mailed on 04/05/2023 and is currently outstanding. The check was mailed to the policy mailing address, **** ******* *** * **** ** ******** ** *****. Sincerely, John V. Page Director of Operations FBAlliance Insurance

      They are racist, I hit a deer in my car on March 28, 2022 and still havenÂ’t gotten it fixed, right now I am under investigation the investigator Marla Harris is asking for my credit report, phone records, statements among other things that doesnÂ’t have anything to do with hitting the deer. I am missing work because I donÂ’t have transportation they stopped paying for the rental. I am stressed out about the whole situation it is just ridiculous, I asked to be assigned someone else but still havenÂ’t been assigned anyone. My car is just sitting at body shop when it could already been fixed, canÂ’t wait til this is over I am changing insurance companies. Stay away from them.

      We have had an opportunity to review the complaint submitted by Ms. Campbell. Ms. Campbell references a claim that she filed for damages which reportedly occurred when she hit a deer on the morning of ***** **, 2022, just hours after she added comprehensive and collision coverages to the involved vehicle. No police report was filed at the scene. She reportedly went to the local Sheriff’s Office later that day although she didn’t actually file the accident report until the following day. Since the coverage was just added and law enforcement was not called immediately to the “scene”, establishing the date and time of the loss was imperative to verify that coverage was in order and to confirm that this loss did indeed occur after coverage was added. We obtained detailed call records for Ms. Campbell’s cell phone which did not support the facts of loss as reported by Ms. Campbell. In fact, the records show that, on the reported date of loss, she was not even in the county where she stated the accident occurred. As a result, coverage was subsequently denied. We have since learned that Ms. Campbell later obtained insurance with another carrier and, seven months later, filed a claim for basically the same damages which she reports her vehicle sustained back in ***** 2022. Pursuant to state reporting requirements, we have notified the Georgia Department of Insurance and the National Insurance Crime Bureau of our findings. Ms. Campbell alleges, without any basis, that GFB has engaged in racially biased practices. Georgia Farm Bureau adamantly denies any illegal or improper motivations in any aspect of its business. GFB adjusts thousands of claims every year and at no time is race, gender, religion, or any other trait of the parties a consideration in how GFB handles claims. Any allegation otherwise is absolutely false and without merit.
