Most unethical ***** of ********* Managers I have ever worked with. They pick and choose company policies. They disregard shop etas and remove people from the rental vehicles before their daily driver is finished in the shop that their policy holder damaged. Thats right? Im not a policy holder but I am a claimant due to one of their policy holders and they have drug an auto claim out for 6 months refusing to pay, making up company policy on the spot to avoid paying out the claim. I can only imagine how poorly their clients are treated. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Their ethics match up with State Farm and Allstate and anyone who knows about those companies understand the lack of ethics behind these adjusters, and company staff.

On March 15, 2024, GFB wrote the initial repair estimate which included all related repairs and operations based on the damage seen at the time of inspection. At that time, **. ****** was advised that if any additional damage is found, GFB would work with his repair facility of choice to review and handle as a supplemental payment. As is often the case, the repair facility sent GFB additional photographs and a copy of their repair estimate outlining items they felt were omitted from our original estimate. GFB reviewed the information submitted by the repair facility and agreed to issue payment for the additional damage found. After the total repair cost was agreed upon, **. ****** would not accept a payment issued to him and his repair facility, ******** **** ***** ***. He states that GFB is not required to include a second party on his payment and wishes to be paid individually. GFB contends that *** *********** **** ** ******** ********** *** *** **** ********* is applicable in this situation. This case states that payment by the liability insurer are proceeds subject to the lender’s security interest when there is damage to the collateral. GFB advised **. ****** that the lienholder’s interest must be protected by the inclusion of the lienholder and/or the repair facility on the settlement check. He did not agree but on July 30, 2024, presented evidence that he had paid for repairs in full. As full payment and completion of the repairs provides protection to his lienholder, GFB reimbursed **. ****** for the repair cost. Al C*********, AIC Senior Director of Claims

Very disappointed with the Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company adjuster Eric L***. His attitude was horrible from the first conversation with him. I was told by Eric L*** that they only have two adjusters for the State of Georgia .I requested to work with another adjuster but was told that they had no one else available . I told him about his negative attitude and also told this to our insurance agent, AJ F**** and to other company employees. He told me ,in so many words, that my claim would be denied the minute he stepped into our house because of where I live which is in **** ***** Ga. He made a decision on his own that everyone in **** ***** has a water problem with their basement. Our claim was denied because of Eric L*** and an Engineer he sent to our house to determine where the water came from and it turns out not be the truth. I have proof to show them what our problem was and where the water came from. We are still fighting trying to get our claim paid after paying this insurance company for so many years our premiums. I will never again recommend this company to anyone due to our own personal experience. The service with this company so far has been a nightmare..

**. ******’s home was inspected by a GFB claims representative and water damage was found to be caused by ground water seeping into the basement.  On April 15, 2024, we notified **. ****** that ground water is not covered by the policy.  After **. ****** voiced her concerns about these findings, GFB engaged a structural engineer who concluded the damage was caused by surface water entry through the foundation.

**. ****** contacted GFB on June 3, 2024, to report that a dehumidifier in the basement has been leaking and is the source of the water damage.  In response to this new information, we have agreed to send a second claims representative out to inspect the dehumidifier.

Georgia Farm Bureau is a biased, and unethical insurance company that's ripping off their customer's on a daily basis!! They're quick to shift the blame on their customers for no apparent reason. In addition, there's a strong possibility that incorrect information is in your clue report in order to drive up your payments. I have dealt with this company for over 10 years and I find that they "cherry pick" who they want to inform "via" phone for renewals and cancellations. My recommendation is to find another insurance company that not rude and disrespectful. Majority of the time, they're gossiping about their customers too much and they love to harass customers over $35.00 membership fees that we don't need! From my personal perspective, this company needs to be completely over hauled! Finally, please find another insurance company that really cares about all of their customers!!!!!!!!
