Fleming Flooring installed the entire floor of our newly constructed home in conjunction with ********************* of Church Street Design and Build of ********, and in the end, it was a disappointment. Of course, it started okay because they showed us their various materials but in the end, after they got paid, the work was rather bad in some areas, and they were dishonest with their contractor.The entire staircase in our house squeaks. They attempted to fix it once but it is still squeaking.The tiled floor in our bathroom has a hump in the middle of the room. It is one of the most bizarre tiling errors I have ever seen, especially by a professional, and appears that they did not use a leveler during the installation, or else the error could have been easily avoided.Their warranty lady, ********, called me twice in July to schedule a visit to my home and I returned her call 3 times after her second call but they emphatically told their contractor that I had never returned their call, which is untrue and dishonest. Instead of attempting to reach me after they misinformed their builder, they stuck to their false story and they have failed to reach out to us since then. This is an issue that should have been resolved in 2021.Review from Dante M

Ordered some carpet from them via the text system. We had a miscommunication on the row of carpet to be ordered. When we went to pick up the carpet it was the complete wrong color from a different row. We had been promised a series of resolutions none of which included a refund, store credit, or the right carpet when it was all said and done. To be honest they made our purchase seem insignificant and to not care how it affected business with our customer who we wanted to provide with accurate carpet. We Are disputing with our bank for the 3rd time on this charge hoping to get value for the money we spent. I have to say use a mom and pop smaller business that values ALL of there customers not just the bigger ones.
