Specifically, consumers complain that Benevis, LLC cancels appointments, has poor customer service and does not provide the treatment as scheduled. When consumers reached out to Benevis, LLC to reschedule appointments the company either promised to reschedule, which never happened, or ignored consumer requests.
On May 19, 2023, BBB sent correspondence to Benevis, LLC to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.

My son was in elementary school when his treatment for brace started now he is in 10th grade and still no end to the treatment it's been over 5 years!!! I checked with a dozen other clinics all came up the same answer NOT MORE THAN 2.5 YEARS!!! in worst case that is.When I say all this to ******* dental the answer is another 4 months and he will be done. Braces were put on my teeth and it has been confirmed by Sunnybrook and another second opinion Dentist that they should have not been put on due to periodontal disease. I can not be treated for my periodontal disease until the braces are removed and I can not have my braces tightened until the periodontal disease is treated. Creating a complete circle of nothing and no one can do anything until the braces are removed. Sunnybrook has given me the run around since 10/2021 with not tightening my braces and also not removing them. I need them removed so that I can be treated and my insurance totally refunded as they should have not been put on and I will have to have them added again post periodontal treatment.Initial Complaint

Spencer Dental has billed us for dental services from 3 or more years ago. We had services from them after what they are charging us. The time period is from when we had a different dental insurance and I do not have any of my paperwork from that time period. I tried to explain to them that we was paid up to date the last time we went and they were in agreement by our last statement. Once we moved to another dental service they sent a bill. Now they have posted on my credit report that we owe them $139, $103, $65 and $50. This was not reported to us the last time we went to have my son braises removed and teeth cleaned.Initial Complaint

I took my kids to Allington Dental back in February and everything was fine. Nothing changed with my insurance. Allington Dental was still listed as a provider. We went back in September and was billed over $700. My kids did not see the same dentist and I was NOT told they would see someone different. They saw a dentist not covered by my insurance. I did not know that they would see someone different. I was not informed that the 1st dentist we saw was no longer there. My kids were taken to someone not covered by my insurance without my knowledge. I thought they would see the same dentist. No one told me different. Now, no one returns my calls or answers my questions as to why my kids saw someone different? They did not inform me otherwise I would have asked about the new dentist. I feel taken advantage of, no one is listening to me. I feel I should not have to pay because I was not informed about a different dentist and that he was not a provider. Taylor dental and braces are in charge of my sons ortho services. 2/19/2020. My son has been to the ER dept. twice so far during the pandemic because the wire are so long it would puncture in his jaw and cause a lot of pain and no the applying wax doesn't fix the issue only cutting the wire of using a lot of gauzes. The ER physicians had to cut the wire with a wire cutter. Why would I go to the ER for something like that you ask? Well it's because THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, RETURN VOICEMAILS, or EMAILS THAT ARE DIRECTLY SENT TO OTHRO SUPERVISOR. Plus, you could not come to the office without speaking to someone in the ortho department to schedule a visit. Also, I just moved from Louisiana to Texas. They supposedly have partnering branches here. I was sent to a location an hour & 1/2 away however they DO NOT do braces. My son is truly behind on his treatment. Lastly, I have requested a AAO form so he can complete services here. Haven't received that yet they still want payments!!!!
