We hired Atlas Movers Group for a cross-country move from ******** to ****************. The salesman who reached out to me discussed pricing and asked us to do a FaceTime meeting so we could get an accurate pricing. Our contract was for $8900 and we were told we needed to pay $4000 up front and $1900 on pickup and $1900 on delivery. They communicated well with us up to the day of the move. I asked them prior to pickup if they were a direct mover or a broker. ******* told me they were a mover and outsource every rare occasion. The day of the move a moving company showed up and said it would be $24,000 and demanded $10,000 up front. I called Atlas over and over and over again but conveniently they ignored me. Finally someone named ***** said he was going to work with the moving company and Atlas higher *** to help offset the cost that literally tripled. We actually had LESS stuff the day of the move then originally quoted so this was insane to us. Atlas to this day has not returned our calls or helped us in anyway besides ripping us off for $4300. I called the ************* and they said Atlas was just shut down by the state and shouldnt be conducting any business. *******************. Trash humans. These people took from my children and swindled my whole family. Now we are dealing with a moving company they hired who is just as bad.

we signed a contract to move our household items (the whole house) from *****, ** to **********, IN on Dec 23, 2023. Atlas agreed to move them safely and without misplacing any items. But they lost lot of kitchen items, clothes, valuable artifacts at the delivery time in April, 2024. When we approach about the missing items, Atlas said that the third party movers (Super Movers) that Atlas hired to move our stuff is no longer in business with them so, they can't do anything and asked us to file a claim with Super Movers. Super Movers are not responding at all to our claims. Atlas was the company that put us in this situation and they are not willing to take any responsibility of the lost items.

I went online looking for movers with a reasonable quote for moving my household goods from ***********, ******* to *****************, *******. I got a call from ****** a broker from Atlas Mover Group LLC on Dec !******. I was given an original quote of $6726.50 based on inventory I gave him over the phone. T continue with the contract, I Paid deposit of $3097.50. On 1/6/2025, a ***** ****** called me and wanted to go over the contract & the cost of the move and gave him an update of articles listed on the Bill of Lading. He changed the total amount to$37,253.50 as I have the copy of the Contract with my notes scribbled on it, because I didn't have anything to write on at the time I was speaking with him. He asked me to pay $1680 more. When movers came on 1/8/25, Rotem Aviad the driver of the truck had 6 other guys to help him pack & load the truck. Before they were done, he asked if I could pay him $10,000 to pay his guys. I obliged and my husband withdrew $10,000 cash and gave it to him.(See receipt). As the day progress I spoke with *********** said if I pay the full amount now that will will even get a bigger discount from the the amount final Bill of Lading. He changed amount to $87,777.50. I don't understand why the big difference. I told him I want a copy of the final Billing Called my bank to wire that amount but I have to come into the branch personally. Since my branch is in ********** I had to write a letter with my handwritten signature before they release the funds. Rotem eagerly took my letter to ***** for overnight delivery to my bank. They said they will subtract that from my total. Then they asked me to pay Rotem $24,00 as the driver. I gave him 3 personal checks with $8k each. My HHG was delivered to us on 1/14/25. I've been calling & texting ***** ever since and even called *****, the broker. I was told that ****** no longer worked for Atlas. Called Atlas today & was told they will call me. Asked to speak Gabby ,their manager, was unavailable.

Atlas mover group has been refusing to return my attempts to contact them for the move that they brokered- they didnt even inform me that they were a broker when my family hired them. They used a mover named ******** Van Lines from Carrolllton Tx who damaged and lost thousands of dollars of my property- they even delivered items that werent mine. I brought this to their attention and they put me in contact with some arbitration who then finally offered $75.00 for my troubles. A bunch of *******!

We hired Atlas Mover Group on 11/1/24 with an estimate of $12,650, gave a deposit of $5932.50 which was $252.50 over the amount quoted for deposit. On 12/12, the price changed again to $15,950.00 with an additional deposit of $2,415. After many requests for cancelation that were denied, the mover show up, we are told Atlas is a fraudulent company and we need to sign a new contract with their guy ****** We are then quoted a new price of $22,500 and have to give additional deposits in cash of $12,100 with an additional $5,000 two days later after a demand and threat to not deliver our goods. Now we have paid Atlas $8,347.50 and Atlas contract ***** and additional $17,100 for a total of $25,447.50 and our stuff has now gone missing. The delivery date was scheduled for 1/7 and we have not heard from either Atlas Mover Group or Aviad Rotem since. Full detailed complaint in uploads. We have also filed with *****. We hired Atlas Mover Group on 11/1, based on an initial estimate of $12,650. We made a deposit of $5,932.50, which was $252.50 more than the quoted deposit amount. However, on 12/12, the price increased to $15,950, and we were asked for an additional deposit of $2,415. After numerous requests to cancel the service, which were all denied, the movers arrived. We were informed that Atlas Mover Group was a fraudulent company, and we needed to sign a new contract with a representative named *****. This new quote amounted to $22,500, and we were required to provide further cash deposits of $12,100, followed by an additional $5,000 two days later after they threatened not to deliver our belongings. In total, we have paid Atlas Mover Group $8,347.50 and Aviad an additional $17,100, bringing our total expenses to $25,447.50. Unfortunately, our items have gone missing. The scheduled delivery date was 1/7/25, and we have since heard nothing from either Atlas Mover Group or Aviad Rotem. A detailed complaint has been uploaded, and we have also filed a report with the *****.

On 11/23/24 Atlas ********** robbed my family and myself of our money.About a month prior to 11/23 we called Atlas moving company to receive a quote of $3,200 and paid a $2,250 deposit to secure this move. When we received our quote we noticed that the boxes and some items were entered incorrectly by the sales associate *******.For example, all moving boxes were enter as small boxes and our sectional couch was entered as a sofa.We then called two weeks prior of 11/23 to receive a revised quote and we adjusted and added items we were taking. We were then quoted $6500 with another deposit of $1,607 for the updated inventory. We agreed on that number because we fixed items like the box sizes, and the sofa to a 3 piece sectional and added a few items to our inventory ******* a courtesy we took it upon ourselves to try and make this moving process easy for them.We were not moving a whole house therefore we put all the things we were taking in one single living room. 11/23 came and two men arrived in a truck that was tagged on and that itself already seemed a bit suspicious. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. The guy stood in the living room and did not touch a single item in the living room and looked at us and said this stuff is not going to fit in the truck. We gave the sales associate all the items that we were taking. The boxes and tote counts that were added on the inventory list was more than what we actually had just to make sure we were covered. The moving associate then stood in our living room on the phone going back and forth with someone else on the other end.He then asked us to leave items behind same items that were on the agreed upon inventory list. They then tell us that it was going to be an additional $1,500 and if we filled the truck it would be an even extra charge. They refused our request for our money refund because they claimed that services were rendered. We tried calling their customer service and they laughed at us specifically **** the ****

On 8/10/24, Atlas Mover Group LLC (AMG) was contracted to move my 70-year-old mothers household items (10x20 and 10x12 storage units) from ***********, ** to ********, **. As mentioned, *** was notified of the two storage units by which they recommended a particular package (996 cf @ 5.50 percf) of service. I purchased the recommended package for $6384.78. On 9/9/24, *** personnel only removed half of her household items from the 10x20 storage unit. In doing so, *** personnel used less than half of the available 26-feet truck space. On 10/9/24, *** was notified of this failure via email after several unsuccessful phone calls. On 10/16/24, *** notified me that my request was denied.

The below was sent to Atlas first: I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration handling of our recent move. The entire experience was unacceptable, I am seeking a full refund Below are the key points of concern:Advance Scheduling: Our move was scheduled well in advance, with the dates of ****** 30 and 31 provided by your company. The move was confirmed a week out for ****** 31.Last-Minute Changes: On ****** 30, I received two separate confirmation calls at 4:00 PM, yet the following morning, less than two hours before the scheduled arrival, I received a text stating the move was delayed to September 1. we had to be out by the 31st, resulting in an additional months rent and a cancellation fee for our cleaner. He took another job that he wanted to get done In **************. Unprepared *******: The ******* arrived unaware of the overnight pick-up and drop-off arrangement. He informed us that not all of our belongings would fit in the truck, and that an overnight delivery was not possible., he was not assigned to the job until the day after he was supposed arrive. He stated a new contract/quote of $11,9k was necessary Additional Costs and Mismanagement: I was charged $400 for the crews lodging, yet the ******* slept in his truck. Unprofessional Behavior: Despite texting at 7:00 AM that he would arrive in one hour, he did not show up until three hours latewith no further communication or response to my texts. When he finally arrived, he was rude, accusatory, and condescending. He became indignant when I questioned the $12,000 re-quote, He also stated that even if we agreed to the inflated quote, not all our belongings would even fit in the truck, and delivery could be delayed by a weekinformation that contradicted our original ************ calls to customer service during this time were left unanswered despite on holding for over 25 minutes on (3) occasions.I believe I am entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
