Just bought a 2015 impala from this place, 2 weeks later the car wont crank. I invested $1000 myself for a fuel pump based on my mechanic to alleviate from dealing with this company. Prior, tried calling to no avail got the run around and the person answered the phone is rude was rude when on the process of getting the car. Fast forward took the car back up there after it still did not work, and its been there 3-4 days and still been getting no good customer service and the car still isnt fixed, they dont want to give another car or any kind of compensation due to this inconvenience. It hasnt even been 30 days! This company does not endure good customer service at all!! Once you purchase from them, then its a lost cause from then on out, I wish I would have took my business elsewhere and received a better, reliable car with top notch customer service, because this place is far from it!!!Review from Luiz A

I dont recommend Cobb Luxury Cars. I bought a van recently, and a day after the purchase, the check engine light came on. My seller provided no assistance. They sold me a van with several issues that I only noticed when I took the van to the mechanic. Two days after the sale, they wanted me to pay $1,500 to fix something they sold me broken. Im in debt for $38,000 and have incurred losses exceeding $5,000 to fix the van and get back to work with it. The treatment towards me was 100% during the negotiation, but after the purchase, when problems arose, they simply didnt provide any help. It was dishonest and lacked commitment to the customer! I bought a van from a dealership, did the test drive, everything seemed fine. However, when I got home, problems started to arise. The check engine light came on, there was an oil leak, and a day after the purchase, I took the van to an authorized repair shop. They found numerous hidden defects. I then sent the van back to the dealership, and they tried to make me pay $1,500 to fix the van they had sold me just a day before. After negotiations, we agreed they would pay me $800, and they said I could go ahead and get the repairs done, promising to reimburse me. I got the repairs done, paid for them, but they never reimbursed me. They always come up with excuses. Less than a week later, I tried to return the van, but they refused. I left a review on their page, and they are now going to my business profile and speaking ill of my company, using the profile of the salesman who sold me the van. What can I do against them? I purchased a *** 428i from this dealership in February. I was pressured to buy the extended warranty. I did. I had a choice of cheaper warranty or the Gold level warranty. Within a month of ownership, I started having a check engine light come on. I called the dealership 5x before I was finally able to talk to someone about the problem. They told me I didnt buy the gold level warranty. The owner said he would call me back, but of course I never received a second call. Now I have a car payment and a car you cant put gas in. Do not buy anything from this dealership. They lie to you by trying to sell a warranty that isnt worth the paper its printed on. I have a yard ornament now. The car salesman doesnt work for them anymore because of their crooked business practices. Save your time and shop elsewhereCobb Luxury Cars Response

Run away this dealer is UNPROFESSIONAL. I bought my car on January 31st. Within 2 weeks I began having issues. I reached out to the dealer and no one reached back out to me. I wrote a negative review on ****** and immediately someone called me. They tried to gaslight me saying that they had no records of my calls. They ran a "diagnosis" for me. They told me the ** compressor were damaged and I needed a fuel pump system. I got the car home and then guess what? The wheel wouldnt turn. I got a mechanic to come and look at it and the serpentine belt was broken. I call the dealership and they have me on hold for over 20 minutes then they hang up. I call again and I have been getting a run around for another month. I now notate every time I call them. Its been 2 months now and Ive been getting the run around. They refused to refund me for the vehicle. They refused to exchange the car. 0 Stars across the board. Go see a reputable dealer. Im looking into legal action as I have already tried to work this with no solution in sight.Review from Susan G

i bought a suv from cobb luxury cars , 2 weeks later I found that the car had bad turbos, the control arms were bad , there was a leak from transmission line to driveshaft, and the cv axle seal was leaking it cost me almost half of what I paid for the car to get it fixed , I called them and asked if they would help on repairs they declined and they knew the car had issues but wouldn't take any customer service responsibility, when I was there another customer was demanding his money back, that should of been a red flag for me but my husband want this particular type of suv and they are hard to find , I WARN anyone looking for a car NOT to buy from them , they are SCAMMERS and sell JUNK cars they have a bad review on yelp, ****** and bbb, the only reason they have a 4.0 on their website is because they get friends and family to write them. I purchased a vehicle from Cobb Luxury Cars the staff was professional they offered financing and the had a huge selection to choose from they also offered extended service contract most used cars are sold as is without a warranty the whole process was quick and easy I will recommend Cobb Luxury Cars to my friends and associates.Review from Patrick J

I Purchaseda vehicle from Cobb Luxury Cars. I also purchased an extended warranty from a third party warranty company that they advertised and offered. They forgot to give me the warranty paperwork on purchase date. I called multiple times and they promised it would be emailed. A week later and still no email. I had to travel back there ( over 2 hours) two retrieve the paperwork. 3 weeks later had to put vehicle in the shop for extensive repairs. Contacted the warranty company and they denied the claim because car had pre-existing problem and dealership cleared codes, but code history is stored on the cars computer. I asked warranty company for refund in which they said no problem but i have to go through refund process with the dealership I purchased it from (Cobb Luxury Cars). I contacted them and relayed the message and they just put me off and had me on hold for an hour. Then someone literal picks up the phone and hangs it up. Called again and asked to speak to the manager, I was transferred and then again put on hold and hung up on. I have no refund paper, the process is not started, and I am out thousands of dollars due to cost of warranty and cost to replace defective vehicle I purchased from them. Save your money and go to a reputable dealership.
