I bought tickets for a *********** event to take place April 20, 2024. Communication was a problem immediately as I received emails with 2 different arrival times for our trail ride. Then, I received an email the day of the event notifying me it was canceled due to rain. It was a beautiful day, not raining. It had sprinkled the day before, no heavy rain. The email said to text with a reschedule date from ones she listed. I did that and heard nothing back so I called. She (*************) opened and read my text for the first time while I was on the phone with her, I know this because she had read receipts on, and assured me that I was rescheduled for my chosen date and would be receiving tickets for that date "today." I did not. I gave it a few more days and still did not receive tickets. I both emailed her and texted her again requesting a refund. She ignored me until I threatened to report it, at which time she first told me her phone had been "smashed by a horse" and that's why she couldn't get back to me or reschedule me & then began to argue that it was a "rain or shine" event so she would not issue a refund, only a reschedule. I pointed out that I tried to **************** had not rescheduled me after she literally canceled my event due to "rain" and I insisted on a refund. She told me, in a text, that she would refund me but it would take 3-5 business days. Another delay tactic. She took my money for a service she did not provide.
