Home was built in September 2020. I purchased the home in August of 2021. We have had multiple roof leaks in the home starting November 2022. Both ** and multiple people in the neighborhood have had issues with these roofs installed by Paran Homes. I contacted Paran Homes about this and they told me to contact a roofing company. Multiple leaks in a roof that is less that 3 years old is not normal. I had these leaks fixed in December of 2022. I now have multiple other leaks in the home. I want my roof to be fixed by Paran homes and to be reimbursed for all the damage caused.

This home closed on 9/24/2020 and the warranty period expired on 9/24/2021. We show no record of any warranty claims submitted to Paran Homes related to roofing during that time period. The original homeowner had a private inspection performed in August of 2021 and the report contains no mention of any roofing issues. The original homeowner also signed off on all paperwork signifying that all year-end warranty items have been completed. No roofing claims were part of the original homeowners list.
In December of 2022, the homeowner reported storm damage to the roof. We advised the homeowner to follow up with their homeowners insurance provider.
There is no active roofing coverage for this home through Paran Homes, LLC.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:This home is less than 3 years old. There should be no roofing issues with a home so new. The roofing company that came out states that the damage is not from any storms. The damage is from a poorly built roof. It is way too early to be experiencing any issues with a roof.
Also, a 1 year warranty for a roof makes no sense. There should be no issues in one year!

The terms and limits of coverage are industry standard for new home construction and fully disclosed and agreed upon more than once prior to closing with the original homeowner.
