This builder doesnt even put trim around windows, and uses the cheapest materials and fixtures in 600k plus houses, also they make you use there lender so they can scam you out of all your money.

Paran Homes is the worst builder that I have ever purchase a home from, and dealing with their warranty office is a nightmare. I have a knocking inside the toliet wall which no one can figure out even after cutting open the wall. I was told that if they cut into the wall and it is not a plumbing problem than they will not fix the wall. If it is in the bathroom then it is a plumbing problem.I also have a problem with the lights flicking, was told by the warranty office to call the power company. When ******** came out they wanted to know what was my problem, I explained that my lights flicker when the washing machine was running. Ga Pwr tested the line from the tranformer to the meter base and determined that there were a load problem, the line wasn't big enough. This was on March 2, 2023, I didn't get a written report, after repeated calls to Ga Pwr askiing for a copy of the report which I never was able to get. On June 7, 2023, a engineer from ******** came to my door with a lineman . The lineman stated that he had checked and there were no problem wiith the lines, he further stated that the guys that told me this was contractors and didn't know what they were talking about. I have had the **** guys check the units and they found no problem other than the unit was pulling from the lights because not enough circuit was coming in. I had ***** repairman come and check my washing machine and was told there were nothing wrong with the machine that it was pulling from the lights because not enough circuit coming in. I am totally disappointed, disheartened , depressed and being a single elderly lady I regret buying here and don't want to move.. I pray that someone will do the right thing and fix the problems.

The Paran Homes Warranty is a nightmare! We purchased a new construction Paran home in May 2023 - the builder was super nice - has attempted to be as accommodating as possible however, the Paran Homes Warranty folks reject EVERY single request. Weeks after moving in we had a massive sprinkler system leak. In a 2 week period we had a water bill of almost $400 - They told us we should have found the leak before closing. Mind you we had no right to use the property or sprinkler system before we moved in - that would be pretty strange to access a sprinkler system before you own the home. We did point out an excessively soggy place in the yard repeatedly however before the walk thru, at the first formal walk through and at the final walk through. We were assured it was due to rain. Once moved in it became very apparent that it was not rain - there was a clear leak. The warranty team denied the repair request stating it was not under warranty. A brand new system in a brand new house is not under warranty? No - it took weeks to get anywhere and the warranty company still refused to cover the repair to date. We had to get the system fixed outside of them completely. BAD business, BAD reflection on they way they stand behind their product. SUPER disappointed. Now fighting over a broken bathtub that again we would not have known about in a walk through. Think hard about this company..... and test EVERYTHING in the walk through - request 3 of them to make sure nothing is missed.

Paran Homes takes your HOA money and does nothing with it. They stopped building our ******************* and took it off of their website. They continue to take our HOA which is 900 bucks and we dont have any amenities. They did a poor job building my home in a rushed matter. Now I am trying to get everything fixed. We dont even have a HOA committee. Landscaping is not complete and no further development has been made.
