      Tidal Wave damaged my vehicle and would not reimburse me. They stated that my mirror simple fell off in my car wash and that I could have hit something even though after reviewing the footage they said it was hit by the brush. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

      Being that it was our first time at tidal wave I did not expect damage to our vehicle at all.
      When one of the workers came by with a full piece of our trim that was in pieces, stating that the blower had blown it off. We weren’t upset but definitely wanted them to pay for the part that had to be replaced.
      We have a 20** ***** *** in good condition. Our car isn’t damaged at all, kept up well, and the piece that broke off wasn’t loose prior to going into the wash at all.
      We filed an incident report. They claimed they would have to check the cameras to see if it was loose before going in, which in that case they wouldn’t have covered. Completely understandable but I was pretty confident they would because I knew it had not been.
      11 days after the report was filed they called and the conversation was him telling us our car was too old and they wouldn’t replace it, blaming it on the retainer clips being old and probably worn or damaged. There wasn’t one mention of any type of surveillance that was reviewed where it was at all loose, that would’ve corroborated that ‘probably’.
      We’re not upset about a $25 part. The blowers absolutely blew them off. It’s more of the idea that the company would rather not repair a small part or take accountability for the damage.
      Imagine the absolute headache it would be to have more extensive damage at this establishment and having to go through them dodging not wanting to pay for it or fighting that it was their wrong doing.
      Read the other reviews about the damages they have failed to pay for. This company will absolutely not hold themselves accountable and for that I can confidently say we’re gonna have to pass on your free carwash you offered us for our troubles. Thanks though.

      I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa at the ****, ** location. On November 6, 2024, I went for what I believed was a one-time car wash. The attendant offered to take my debit card to the machine to make the payment. What I did not know is that, without my authorization, this was used to enroll me in a monthly membership plan.
      Over the following months, I was charged six times ($53.47 each), totaling more than $320, without ever signing up or consenting to this membership.
      When I discovered these unauthorized charges in April 2025, I contacted customer service. They acknowledged the issue but only offered a partial refund of $38.48, which is unacceptable. After multiple follow-ups, including emails in May and August 2025, the company continues to refuse to issue the full refund.
      This practice is deceptive and consumers should be very careful. If an attendant offers to “help” by taking your card to process payment at the machine, please be aware that you may unknowingly be signed up for a recurring membership.
      This experience has been unethical, time-consuming, and extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope Tidal Wave Auto Spa reviews its practices so that other customers do not go through this same unfair situation.

      do not use Tidal Wave car wash in ********. It will scratch the finish on your vehicle and they will do nothing. I signed a "membership" and when I tried to cancel it they made it extremely difficult and then charged me again bthe following month.

      DO NOT GO TO TIDAL WAVE AUTO SPA IN *** **** ******. They have 2 locations one on ****** ** and one on ***** **. They totally misrepresent themselves. I was told that I was receiving a tag for a free car wash but was in reality signed up for monthly membership that I did not agree to. I even asked point blank if this was a membership and was assured that it was for a free car wash if I choose to use it.

      My husband and I canceled our membership at the beginning of May and have continued to be charged twice since then. I watched him cancel our membership online on their website as it tells you can do. We were never informed that we were supposed to receive a confirmation email. We did not receive this email. The company refuses to issue us a refund even though we have not used the car wash membership since May 7, according to their own records. When we called the company, the customer service agents were rude and refused to let us talk to a supervisor and also refuse to issue any sort of refund of any kind. When we spoke to the location, the location said that the customer service agents at corporate should have issued at least a partial refund.

      I went to Tidal Wave in ******** ** for a single car wash. Somehow I was signed up for a subscription membership without my permission. I only used the car wash one time, but since that visit my credit card was charged $23.97. I contacted customer service through the website but did not hear back. I consider this deceptive practices.

      Here lately everytime I go to the car wash on ********* ****, the washing area which I drive through is down or there's an issue. Horrible service. I tried calling corporate. No will pick up the call. A waist of my money!

      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just want to cancel my membership. I have spent three months writing e-mails, visiting with my local car wash attendants, making multiple requests through the online portal...and still, I keep getting charged for a service that I do not want. The actual car wash service has been great, except for the vacuum machines not being operable for almost three months at my location. I have not received any replies from actual people for over three months. I am just tryin to cancel my service. I would NOT sign up for a membership again.
