I paid the invoice but have not gotten the service I expected. Our ice maker dispenser stopped working until the refrigerator was repaired, HA. We called because our refrigerator did not dispense ice or water and did not cool properly, but I find it odd that our ice dispenser worked fine until the part was replaced. It is a whirlpool and less than 3 years-old. A man cam out and ordered a part that we waited days to obtain. We paid over $600 The part was replaced but our ice maker stopped dispensing ice. We waited again until he came out and make the dispenser work properly. When he did come, he used a hot towel and cleaned the ice dispenser. My wife watched and did the very same thing the following day when it stopped again, but no luck. She text him again and he responded. She told him exactly what she did and we have not heard back. She called again and two days later he called and said he would be out. He cleaned it again and it workeed for an hour or so. She called again and said that her husband understoodabout mechanical stuff and he said that he would send a text explaimniomng everything. That was several days ago and we are still waiting. Now, or door will not close properly.Review from Lynne G

We should have read the reviews. We had the absolute worst experience with this company. ************************* came out for an issue with our dishwasher, supposedly got the part, but never came back to install it. Spent 48 hours texting that hed come in a few hours then ultimately ghosted us completely, not even responding to our texts. He also pulled out our fridge, which was working perfectly, to check a sound and left it sticking out in the middle of our kitchen, where it stopped working completely and must now be replaced. Awful, awful experience. Call Appliance **** insteadthey were timely and responsive and cleaned up the ********* mess!Review from megan R
