    I bought a brand new unit(supposedly) in 2019 and have had nothing but troubles since then. Every other month since 2019, someone has had to come out for one reason or another(after being told one time that “we can’t come to your neighborhood at night” when it was 80 degrees in my home). I’m still not sure what they meant(inserts sarcasm). I have had two coils replaced and now I need a compressor. Jesus came out for the second time in less than two months and was very empathic and understanding of my aggravation. That was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him. I have also had Antonio come out and he was nice too. I’m just blessed that the weather isn’t to hot/cold right now, because I’m not able to use my ac or heat until the part comes in(for the second time within a couple of months). I had to purchase a window unit and fans due to the excessive heat in the house. At this point, I feel like I need a new unit due to all the issues I’ve had with this one. It’s VERY frustrating. *** ** ******* *** ** *** *********** *** ** *** *** **** ******* ********* ********* ** ** ******* ******** **** *** * *** ****** ***. As I type this, I’m currently without heat NO heat. I came home last Tuesday from work and it was a little chilly, so I turned on the heat and saw a spark and smelled what was light some sort of electrical burning. So, I switched the unit off and called the company for a technician to come out to see what was going on. I was told it would be the following day, which was fine. Andrew(who was very nice) came out and said it was the blower motor and it went out and that was what I was smelling(this, just after a maintenance check a couple of weeks prior). I was also informed it would be 3-5 business days before the part would come in. So, I had to go and purchase heaters, in order to stay in my home comfortably. I have not received an update, after calling last week for a follow up.

    Items were not fixed. Do not send anymore emails. Items do not work properly. I feel I was overcharged for this service

    I believe that this company is subpar because they seem to change techs every time the wind changes direction. They are quick to take your money but slow on providing the service. They offered a "membership" to help cut my service calls, but when they sent a tech out last Saturday to fix a water drainage problem twice the following week my unit cut off at 2;00 am and 3;am respectively. I managed to get it back up and running the first time and later that morning called to ask if it would be prudent to have a tech come out to take a look, when i was met with the response that it is running don't fix it if it's not broken. Two days later the second shut down occurred this time at 3:00 am and i was not able to restart it this time. While calling numerous time I was met with resistance, the answering service apparently are clueless. Instead of listening to my grievance they were all concerned about my tone. I finally reached Randy W****** whereby all he was concerned with was my "tone" when I proceeded to tell him about the problem his response was "I don't care" I told him that his attitude along with his answering service condescending and patronizing tone along with being put off earlier in the week without remedying my problem earlier rather than creating a more serious problem was the reason for my "tone". I have underlying health issues that don't fair well with heat. I also do not appreciate nor will tolerate being jerked around about such a serious matter as my health, especially after I have paid money for a service and have essentially had to trouble shoot the situation on my own. I requested my "membership" money refunded pronto. Mr. W******* said he "fired" me and suggested that I get up in the morning and go to church and "get right "with God. I called him a ************* ****** and hung up. I have every intentions of recouping my money, if not I intend on taking any legal action that is necessary. This outfit is a farce and I would not recommend ever.

    A couple of years ago I had we care heating and air install a new a/c unit. Just recently the unit quit working and when the technician diagnosed the issue he stated that it had leaked all the freon out due to one of the copper lines resting on a copper water line and the vibration caused it to rub a hole allowing the freon to leak out. When I asked if it was covered he stated no even though it was a obvious installation error. He gave me a estimate for over $2,000.00 to repair the leak and recharge the unit. I called another company and had the repair done for almost $600.00 less. The technician that repaired the leak stated that if they had put the insulation on the pipe farther back to where the line sat on the other pipe this would not have happened. I will never use this business again

    **. ******** your service call complaint is still being audited currently but my understanding is the line set was existing from the original install it wasn't something we replaced during our install. As such it wouldn't have been covered under the workmanship warranty which expired after the 2 year mark anyway. We were reviewing the call to see if we could aid you in another way if possible but we understand you used another company already to remedy the problem, we will update your account accordingly. We wish you the best going forward and if circumstances change we'd be happy to offer service again in the future.

    This line set had been installed by a previous installer but was not sitting on a water pipe. .It had been working fine for over 20 years. Your installer allowed this freon line to just sit on a water pipe so that after a couple of years of vibration it rubbed a hole in the freon tube. This was poor install on the part of the install technician and should have been covered. Had your technician used insulation to keep the pipes from rubbing this would have not ever happened. This was poor quality workmanship and should have been covered. I used another company because of the poor quality workmanship and they saved me $600.00 for the same service. should have used them for the install and would not have this additional expense.

    I have already contacted a attorney on this matter because it is obvious that you do not care. I was told by your service technician that this would not be covered, even though it clearly states on his estimate that this was due from the a/c line sitting on another pipe which caused it to rub a hole in the a/c line. I used to own a small business and was a member of the BBB for 10 years and this is not acceptable. I also still work in customer service and speak to over 20 people a day and I can assure you that I let as many people as possible know about your shoddy work. I am also having a problem of my lights going out when ever the fan kicks on or off. I have hired an electrician to try and find the cause of this issue. I have a feeling he is going to find more shoddy work.

    **. ********, it is regrettable that you have decided this is our fault, but again we did not replace the existing line set. We cannot warranty work we didn't do. The "shoddy" work you keep referring to was from the previous company that did install the line set and chose not to insulate the whole line, or it could've been from the plumber that installed their lines to tight against other pipes. I have no way of telling which was at fault. I just know we didn't replace it so we aren't. You are a customer and we value our relationship. I understand you're upset with the situation, I understand you found a competitor to do the repair at a cheaper cost, I even understand you questioning *** draw now because you feel slighted. With the threat of litigation you've removed any way that I can help in this situation without accepting liability for something we didn't do. I hope we can move past this in the future and regain you as a customer, if not we wish you the best going forward.

    If this was from a previous install it seems strange that it did not leak for over 20 years of service. I know you did not install the line set as it was not recommended by your sales person or the technician installing the unit. Had they recommended the line set to be replaced then we would have a different issue. Had the technician taken just a couple of minutes to make sure the line was not sitting on another line then this would have never happened. You may not have replaced the line set, however your technician is the one that left the line set sitting on another pipe. A simple tie strap or putting insulation around the line would have prevented this costly repair. You can say whatever you want but this was shoddy work. I work in the service industry and had one of my technicians provided this quality of work then I would have taken care of it. I think you should pay me what I am out of pocket to make me whole. If not then I am perfectly willing to take you to court and let a judge decide

    Sir beyond the issue of fault here you are outside your warranty. So regardless rather the line set was rubbing for 20 years or 3 it would not be covered under warranty. As someone who works in the service industry I'm sure you don't work for free and neither do our technicians. You had another company do the repairs instead of working with us to find a solution, removing any option I had to discount anything. You've chosen to leave negative review and threaten litigation unless we pay you, which ties my hands further because now lawyers have to get involved. You've already stated you're going to bad mouth us to any future customers, you've left the negative review before addressing it with us, and now you're threating to sue us for work we didn't do, there's not a lot of incentive to keep you as a customer going forward.

    Awful company over paid for install On new unit, I figured big company would get it done quickly. Has not worked since I've got it, and every time someone comes out it's A different tech, and they start from the beginning and say it's a different part and they have to wait for it to come in. It's been over four months and I still have no heat or air in a rental unit. They say they order the part and do nothing until I called them back and then they said they'll check on it and then come back and say they have to re-order it or some other story. I have paid big money but I'm almost willing to eat it just to get another Company out here

Sometimes a part failure can present as something else leading to a misdiagnosis, and a pair of fresh eyes can help which is why we may send out a different tech at times. I know this has been frustrating but we will get this remedied for you. I will kick this particular call up to the service manager so that he is aware of it and if there is any delay he should have options for you to keep any inconvenience to a minimum if we can. I know it isn't ideal but we can provide you with a window unit for your rental property if you'd like.
