    Was able to sell my car quick and easy. Initial quote was far from the offer after car was checked in after inspection however, still satisfied with process and open communications all around.

    I am filing this comment to share my negative experience with CarBuyerUSA. The company initially provided me with what seemed like a low offer for my vehicle. Further, after I signed the contract, they unexpectedly attempted to reduce the agreed-upon price. It was only after I expressed strong dissatisfaction that they reverted to the original amount.Additionally, there were hidden fees that were not clearly communicated upfront, which significantly lowered my net payout. I also had a poor interaction with one of their customer service representatives, who was rude and dismissive throughout the process.I believe this company engages in misleading practices and lacks transparency. I am submitting this complaint in the hope that others will be cautious and that *********** will improve its business practices to be more honest and respectful toward customers.

    Sold my ***** IS350 to them. The entire team was very organized and quick during the whole process. They paid more than the competition and the process was extremely easy. Highly recommend.

    Overall this was a smooth experience. Their agents are friendly, responsive, and easy to access. They walk you through the selling process step by step with instructions on uploading documents, vehicle dropoff, and payment for your vehicle. They don't pick up the vehicle from you but they will give you a free **** to take you back home. Payment was prompt.A couple of things to be aware of: The initial pre-inspection quote will be significantly higher than competitor's quotes. Be aware that your car has to be in excellent condition to receive that amount. Even so, they paid more than ******* and ****** would have after the inspection. Another thing that I wasn't told (but was in the buyer's agreement) was that a title administration fee of $125 will be deducted from the payment. Still, this was an excellent experience overall. Would use them again in the future.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. My ***** Colorado was pick up by them two weeks ago now and I still have not received any payment yet. I started by being very clear about only having an e title for my truck, which I was told didnt matter and was fine. Days later after being left in the dark I was told he was mistaken and I said okay annoying but I can deal with it how do we move forward. Then I was told I can sign the right to my title over and would get paid half upon signing and half when they got the title. I agreed to that and then did not receive anything only to be told by ***** I was in fact just wrong and mistaken to which I again remained calm and understood. I was then told last Thursday I should get it Thursday or Friday of last week. Then I was told Saturday it would be by 2pm today, and due to the previous incidents I even asked again this morning to be told yes I would have it by 2 today. 2 comes no money, was told to contact them at 4:30 if I didnt have it yet. Still no money at 4:30 called no answer got a text back saying they would check but the finance office is already closed. Dont waste your time with these people they have wasted my time and lied on multiple occasions now, this is the worst car sales experience I could possibly have

    Mr. ********* advanced half of the proceeds for the purchase of your ***** Colorado on 4/21/25. The amount of this bank wire was $2,425.00. The reason we are holding the balance is because the title was lost and we agreed to process the application for a duplicate title - at no expense to you. If you recall, you agreed to these terms and the balance of funds will be paid to you when the duplicate title is received. Nothing can be done with your vehicle without the title it is frozen capital right now. We do not have the title as of 4/28/25 12:40 EST. We are sticking to the agreement we made and as soon as the title is received at our home office, we will promptly process the balance of payment. We have never had an issue with non-payment in 13 years of operation and we have no control over how fast the Arizona DMV processes duplicate titles. We agreed to these terms to assist you. It is an exception that we make payment on vehicles without title, but since we were able to process the title replacement we bent the rules to help you. Please be patient and hold up your end of our ************** CarBuyerUSA-

    It has been 10 days since CarBuyerUSA has had my car. They've had my car since March 31st and have not paid me. Yesterday morning, *****, told me I would get paid by end of the day. We agreed they would withdraw the remaining loan balance from my payment and I would receive payment by end of day.When we spoke towards the end of the day, he told me they'll cancel the sale and send me a gate pass so I can pick up my car. As of today, I have yet to receive the gate pass. They are holding my car hostage.

    We were very clear about the purchase terms.  You were advised that you had to wait for your equity payment until the lien was released by your lender.  We promptly sent the payoff but have no control over how quickly they released the lien & title.  You also signed a purchase agreement accepting these terms.  It is a surprise that you would disparage our company after you agreed to this payoff / equity payment process.  Please take this into consideration before you make statements like SCAM.  You are in breach of an agreement and your comments are not made in good faith.  We have settled this account in full as of April 9, 2025.  We are still waiting on the title BTW, there is no fraud on behalf of our company.

    Everything they said would happen, did. The process was clear, easy and fair. At first, I felt the offer was too low for my 2013 Tacoma but CarBuyer came through with a number I could agree to and I had the funds in my account less than two days later. Highly reccomend.

    Beware! Be prepared for the classic used-car-salesperson pressure campaign. We experienced ******** continually seeking to change their agreements with us, pressuring us to pay fees they had agreed to waive, then relenting; later telling us we would be required to send the title to them before we could receive payment (also not what we had all agreed to previously). In the end, we told them wed cancel the deal and come get the car back. And only then did we get paid. If you choose to work with CarBuyer, be prepared to stand your ground, hold them to what you agree to, and expect to have to have numerous calls with different managers before your deal is finalized. Never again for us.
